Au contraire, shirts are tucked in to breeches. What you are seeing are vests, which clearly aren't tucked in. That said, the art on the cover is very imaginative. It was painted about 50 years later from the artist's best guess of what it should have looked like. You've got a couple guys in War of 1812 uniforms, and one in a Civil War era one.
I made the (extremely niche) bestsellers list! As of yesterday, my book was #44 on Amazon's "slavery and emancipation history" bestsellers. Huh!My book does discuss slavery a bit, mostly comparing and contrasting chattel slavery with the "ransom slavery" practiced in the Mediterranean at the time, but it's hardly a main theme of my book. They don't have a Barbary Wars bestse

when you are in a game or home game where VPIP is like 40%45% peope open limping and 3-5 players are calling 6-10x raises

i doubt solvers are applicable or gto is applicable to these type of games at all which is why i thought it was an okay question to ask. GTO i thought expects most players to play "normal"

again not based on specific math analysis but more general feelings about the situation: your high card hands go up in value, as do your pairs due to set potential and unimproved overpair situations. If they're playing 50% ranges then your relative hand strength increases greatly with all pairs but you have to be smart postflop.
There's probably something to reducing the opening bet size as you open your range wider, though.

It's pretty rare, afaict. I get it misspelled with an extra a all the time, even after I have spelled it for people. Interestingly, I've seen documents where my great-great-grandfathers last name is misspelled the same way, so it's been happening for a long time.

Open smaller and open more hands. Open larger with premiums. Nobody pays attention or adjusts live.

Booked a $103 win... but admittedly left over an hour earlier than normal to lock up the win / break the losing streak. Lol @ me, ldo.
Currently in the middle of a rake tracking project (spurred on by a recent thread). It really is eye opening. Only 4 of 10 planned 1 hour sample sizes completed, but if you include BBJ drop + high hand drop + tip, there's upwards of $300 an hour coming off our 1/3 NL table. That's... steep.
