To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:
Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.
If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

Ive got an issue that ive been battling for verification of address identity etc and finally all have been approved and done, however when i try to go to cashier page where ever i try im getting re-directed to screen (im adding image below) , when i press the only button avialable (top right corner X) window being closed and thats it...
Please get some1 to resolve it, huge thanks in advance!

Hi, I also have an account verification issue. The same as everyone else, can't get my address verified.
I even decided to pay a goverment agency to provide me an official proof of residency certificate in english. Its in .pdf form and also has an instructions to verify its legitimate. Is the .pdf form the problem ?

They did not approve my state issued proof of residency in english that I paid money for that had dates and that was verifiable with english instructions. Its a good enough document for foreign goverments but I guess not good enough for 888.
So this is the email I was given to:
"Thanks for sending your documents.
The document you have provided did not pass our standard security checks which is why we need you to send us a new one.
Help us complete these checks by simply sending your:
*Proof of your registered address issued within the last 6 months
*Bank or Credit Card Statement (please block out your card number)
*Utility Bill

Does that email mean I should send all of those 3 things ? Or just one , because you can only upload one at a time. And can the documents be in other languages than in english because I live in a non english speaking country so my utility bills for example come in my countries language and I have yet to find a utility bill I receive that I can request in english. Also are .pdf formats good ? Ive send two different utility bills in .pdf in my native language and have been denied.

I got a replay from operation teams yesterday, but they still asked me to upload a proof of address, without any explanation. This was the third time I recieve the same reply.
Anyway, I have done it.
I am wondering is there any other problem with my case. Why they repeatly asked me to send the same document even after I had done it?

It is happening with standard NL Holdem cash tables. And yes, it have been started after last software update.
I cleared cookies, junk etc. Installed fresh 888 client - and still the same bug.

They asked me to send the documents again, and I sent them... it took a while to be accepted, but they were... however, the withdrawal methods disappeared, I deposited via astropay later and it did not appear available for withdrawal.... I am not managing to withdraw using the only available method, Wire transfer, always gives an error... And I've never used this method either

I sent this over for advice for you but there are a lot of ways to deposit that you can't make any withdrawal back to.

I got the latest reply from operation teams today. Thank you for what you have done.
However I have a problem here :
They ask me for proof of my current address and emphasize that it must be from China. But I moved from China to US serveral months ago. I am living in US right now and planing to live here in the next few years. I have my apartment lease argreement and bank statement to verify my current address in US but all the documents are definetely from US NOT from China. I also could provide my passort and visa to prove my legal residence in US. But I think that it is nearly impossibe to get a US address proof from China.
I fully understand the complexity and difficulty of my case that I registered the 888 acount in China but I am not living in China right now. Please provide some instructions to fix this problem.

The issue here is that we only supply poker in the US for a couple of states as that is what the government allows us and you would actually have to live in the said states like New Jersey for instance. Any way I have sent your issue over so they should contact you about it at some point.

If you are living in China then send detail from there but if you are living in the US then send details from there. You can't be living in 2 places at the same time clearly.
There are completely different regulations for either country.
