Hi, as one of the regular in your games, I have been experiencing a lot of 'harassment' at the tables for the past few months. Please note that I play multiple sites and have quite a lot of tables and action on simultaneously so I don't always have the time to screenshot these incidents but these screenshots are snowflakes compared to what lurks underneath.

You can change your dollars in a third party banking account into Euro's etc and then deposit into our preferred methods as you are unable to deposit using dollars.

That is why i have created my bank account in USD. So i could just flat deposit USD-USD with 0 fee. On pokerstrategy forum people post that support can change this settles currency to USD, for EU players. That what i am asking for. Maybe you can provide me with email of your cashier team, and i will ask them ?

Recently i got my 888 acount back after i was suspended for a security check, where it turned out, that i wrongfully got accused of maybe using an AI.

At the time i had worth of $187 in tournament tickets (3x$55,1x$16.5,1x$5.5) that expired aswell as a day 2 event in the $25 Multiflight, that i wasn't able to attend due to the restriction and therefore painfully had to accept the fact that i was going to autofold to zero, although i had managed to build an average stack in the middle of the field, with a high expected value due to my yearlong exerpience in tournament poker. The chopped value of the tournament was about ~$200; whereas the relevant ICM value was much higher, prolly in the ~$300+ region.

I have contacted the operations team twice regarding a refund for this loss - at least in the form of putting the mentioned tickets back into my account and a refund for the chopped value, but 888 seems to not to be bothering with this matter anymore and simply ignore further correspondence.

The entire experience of the account check was a nightmare to say the least, since previous correspondences got disavowed, processing got delayed and finally my visa card got declined, although i have used the exact same card for years of withdrawing and depositing.

@888Rep: Is this the way a professional poker provider deals with their customers by not careing about international applicable tort law?

Over the past few months, I've invested a significant amount of time, effort, and even money to meet your so-called verification requirements (which involved dealing with a 14-hour time difference and communicating with banks and translation agencies in China). I'm completely baffled by this treatment. I just need the explaination why my previous bank statement is invalid. Thus I could communicating with agencies in China again to meet your requirement.
