Thanks for your help. I got a reply today. However, I still have a question about the verification:
Today's reply told me the document should be original and unedited while the previous email told me it's better in English. The problem is English is not official language in China which means offical statements are almostly writen in Chinese, espeally important information, like name and address. I have to tanslate(edit) them in English. So I am totally stuck by it. Could you give me any suggestion about that? Is it fine to jut send the original Chinese document? I guess with the help of today's modern techology, it's not very hard for you guys to verify some infomation in foreign language. It's just a name and an address.

I sent 2 valid utility bill already (name, address, date perfectly viewable unedited original pdf documents) and cant get address verification accepted.

I am now waiting for official bank statement from my bank, but have gut feeling it wont do as well.

Hello, i have recieved email ( IMG below)


However - 888 have approved all my documents like 5-6 times within last month, thats just getting reducilous - it seems that they will ask me for new documents until there is no more bills i have avialable so theyll not unblock my account WITHOUT any reason for its being blocked....

Even if i want to add new document when im pressing VERIFY button from email it getting me to SAFE-CASHIER where again screen thats not letting me to anything in cashier appears (image bloew)


Please, 888rep , can you get this things resolved , that is not funny that i have to do same thing every times, and there is no any improvments on situation, for me atm i just recieving automated replies wathever i do - can you get this issue for some higher level of reviewing as it seems that level of verification team atm is just not doing anything apart of sending me automated messages.

Hi, as one of the regular in your games, I have been experiencing a lot of 'harassment' at the tables for the past few months. Please note that I play multiple sites and have quite a lot of tables and action on simultaneously so I don't always have the time to screenshot these incidents but these screenshots are snowflakes compared to what lurks underneath.

Thank you for your response.

It does seem a little late, to announce the event on the .com website and then put it up 4 weeks later - 4 weeks before the event starts! This makes it much more expensive to book flights and hotels (and arrange time off work for some) at the last moment. I guess dissuading the non .es players entering!. This increases the chances of a .es player winning the event, which understandably is probably the goal of Laroush events for marketing. But is this also in the best interests of the .com domain? I have played in many 888poker (live) events since its inception and I'm happy to try to support the series but its also important to look at this from the players perspective. The live event lead in times for GG, Stars, WPT, Party and Unibet are all much much longer.

Is this a CNP/Laroush run event? If so why not open up some of the national series events, maybe the finals to the .com players? Would they allow you to do this?

I can understand why you would prioritise to locals on a national series, but on the 888 live.com series (which is suppose to be for the ROW to enter) is strange! Spain (888.es) already has exclusive rights to the multiple Spanish poker series, and now they have priority on the .com events too.

Looking at the live event eco system today I do understand how the closed markets has made things much more difficult with online sats, but there are plenty of other good desirable locations (that can run the event in it's entirety with minimal staff and just marketing banners) that can be considered for the series and included.

Look at your current offering and consider if this fully justifies your marketing claim:

'888poker hosts and sponsors some of the most exciting LIVE poker events every year at prestigious venues in cities across the globe'

There is maybe a little room for improvement, Madrid and Barcelona are OK, Rozverdov is a nightmare to get to and has very little Hotels/facilities around, Coventry !?! and Manchester! are perhaps as locations best described as 'filler events' Bucharest I will try, not been there yet.

BOM this year was a disaster - loads of events cancelled, 3 hr+ waiting in lines to reg (not allowing you to reg the day before) and some event's day 1's finishing at 5.30+ am! MPF side was better, although had some other issues. long alternates lists due to lack of dealers, and then giving you when seated less than the start stack! even if you registered before the start, taking 17,000 worth of chips for missed blinds you would have payed if seated!?! Never ever heard of that nonsense before. Next years events will need careful consideration when planning.
