FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

I sent the same state passport again, in which I highlighted the date of birth in green, but they do not accept it, although everything is clearly visible there. I do not have either a foreign passport or a driver's license.


Are you kidding me or have you completely lost your conscience? My e-mail account has not changed! Its address is given in my profile, when I registered more than 11 years ago! The Transactions Department sent letters to this address in November. But as soon as it comes to returning my money, you lose everything: verification, e-mail address and the money itself. How do you explain the fact that your mailing robot sends me letters quietly? And you can't?

The first and second pages of the passport book contain the surname, first name and patronymic, date and place of birth. The first page also contains a photo and space for the owner's signature. The second page contains information about gender, date of issue and the issuing authority, and the signature of the official responsible for issuing it. The entries are certified with a mastic seal, and the photo with a raised dry seal.
The validity period of a passport issued in the form of a passport booklet is not limited.

The Representative is a mediator who passes messages to support, they do not directly intervene in matters like this. Top tip, be more polite and you might get a response and provide the email address they asked for earlier.

They asked you for your email address because it was apparent the mail they were sending you was not reaching you, follow the instruction in bold and underlined.

Please provide the rep with your up to date e-mail address as was requested in a previous post and follow their instructions from there on.

Dear Mark, if you read my posts carefully, you would understand me. It is not about the mail. It has not changed, advertising letters from 888 are sent to this address. I wonder how you would personally react if your verification was reset twice? If instead of paying you your money you were sent a request for a bank statement? Yesterday I received another letter about this from 888 instead of my money. At the same time, on November 17, I passed verification once again, received a response from support and an hour later another request for a bank statement.
