There was a time when bots were fairly prevalent on Global. Every site still deals with this, but my sense is the number on GP is way down these days. Possible reasons: increased KYC controls, increased difficulty of obtaining free sweeps thru post, etc. I certainly saw them before (weren't too difficult to navigate but knowing was key), but haven't suspected one in quite some
Have you suspected any in cash games? I have played all the stakes but mostly in $10 nl and was just wondering because if there were any they dont seem to be that good.
Is anyone having issues making purchases with American Express cards recently?
I have my settings set to pop out tables into a new window. However, sometimes it doesn't work. I'll try to open a new table and it'll open in the main window. Last night, the new table broke, and I forgot that it wasn't opened in a separate window, so I closed the window rather than hitting the back arrow. This then closed my other table. Worse, when I reopened Global and logged back in, I was locked out of that table. It appears in the lobby, but when I click on it, it won't open.
Is this a known bug on Global or is it just me? I use the Brave browser--would another one fix the issue?

I would just use chrome. I just know that when you clear your browsers cache, it will cause you to lose settings on the site. the tables in a new tab is one of them.

The process to follow should be set out in detail in the T&C you signed when you opened your account.
You can expect an objective decision about the validity of your complaint.

I don't see anywhere that allows you to initiate an arbitration case. I see the rules of what to expect through arbitration but I don't see anywhere where you can actually click a button

By definition, arbitration is carried out by a third party. The clause in the T&C should tell you exactly what to do in order to follow the correct procedures. Please copy/paste the clause here.
Thanks.
