If yes, will I be getting rakeback?
What payment options are available in the Netherlands?
And does WPT global work with Holdem Manager 2?
Thank you
I also want to know if players from germany are allowed.
Best regards and thank you in Advance 😀
Alex, you've vaguely mentioned a second stage to the VIP system for table starters. Any timeline on that?
No specific timeline at the moment I'm afraid.

We are not currently available in the Netherlands, sorry. No, WPT Global does not work with HEM.

Unfortunately we're not open to German players either yet.
It would be nice if you announced the changes to the daily MTT schedule in advance, and not just cancel/dump new tournaments on us.
Are there any plans for the MTT schedule in general?
Hi Alex. Just a minor thing.
When I switch audio settings (e.g. switch from laptop to headphones) either the audio doesn't switch, or the audio turns off completely for WPT and there's no way to fix this apart from shutting down the client completely

It's not about WPT, but your devices.
Is it possible, and legal to play from Estonia?
Hey Alex, spins on the WPTG app are bothering me so much.
You have to manually switch from chip to BB display for each table, and there’s no option to set it up universally. It’s just incredibly annoying — it even works on your PC client, so why is the app that far behind?

Does this option work for you?

The current proportion between regs and recreational players is redic, and being labeled as a hsp is really a disadvantage compared to other regs that can seat in any table. Anyone who plays 25/50/100+ will agree on this, the AI system can be considered a failure because it doesnt recognize a "type" of reg as hsp, regs who are not even playing a low vpip as Alex mentioned in another post.
I guess I have been blocked by Alex since he never answers this
Thanks a lot Alex, I don't know how I could have missed that ^^
By the way, are there any plans to allow playing on four tables simultaneously in the app soon? I understand that it might be for performance reasons, but supporting four tables should be feasible, since it’s the industry standard.
The new release that improves performance significantly is in testing now. I've been using it internally with good results, but I will open up a public beta for those interested in the next few days.At this stage there aren't any new features, just a big increase in performance (significantly higher FPS, lower memory usage [up to 50% lower], lower CPU usage [up to 80% lower], d

Not immediately, but I'm sure we'll do this at some stage yeah.
Looking like tomorrow or Monday.

Copy and pasting this as I couldn't agree more. Many of the biggest winners in these games are somehow able to Bypass the system.

Thanks for the quote crabfish,
I also invite anyone else who plays these stakes to support this post since I'm either getting ignored or I have been blocked by Alex for whatever reason.
Right now there are at best 2 recreational per table and the reason is that at least 8-10 regulars who are not tagged as hsp can freely seat as the 7th or 8th player at table in any lineup.
I would happily like to discuss posting these regulars' nicknames (who are of course arguably top / good / decent players, but for sure are not recreationals)
I just don't want to create a flame pointing the finger at them, because maybe its not their fault if they have not been tagged as hsp
Apologies, I was not ignoring and thought I had answered this point before.
It's not possible for you to know which opponents have been tagged by FairGame as experts and which have not, so you can't reliably tell how many experts are seated at any given table. FairGame isn't based on how much a particular player has won or lost, but their predicted winrate against our player pool, based on how they play in the games. It's constantly updated so players can be tagged an expert one day, and not the next, and vice versa.
To give you an example, maybe you're playing against someone who you know is a crusher on another site. There's no guarantee that they'll be tagged as an expert by FairGame, because maybe they don't adapt their playing style to win on our site (our player pool and game varieties are pretty different, and you won't win much if you play tight, for example).
There are lots of edge cases like this and it doesn't mean that FairGame isn't working properly if it doesn't behave exactly how you expect.
It's not perfect - in particular we have to communicate it better throughout the client - but it contributes to how soft our games are and is one of the reasons why we can offer higher stakes games without imposing some sort of private / invite-only system like GG is currently trying.
So tight players shouldnt be tagged winming pro's since they cant win with that style on wptglobal right? Why are tight players tagged as pro if they have a losing playing style?
when you say tight im wondering what vpip were looking at? 25?
It's not that simple really. FairGame looks at the entirety of how somebody plays in the games, on all streets. But yes - somebody who plays too tight for our game formats will probably not get tagged as an expert.
so what is optimal vpip for this game, over 40? i feel like between 25 and 30 is way too tight.
No specific timeline at the moment I'm afraid.

That doesn’t stop you guys from offering to Americans using a VPN or just playing straight up from Texas like your team pros

Sorry but I have to disagree, I think I got a very accurate guess of who's tagged as hsp among my opponents.
You just need to observe:
-which regs are seated on certain tables
-who's seated at tables that I'm not allowed to play since I'm tagged as hsp
-which regs can seat as the 7th or 8th player when there's only 1 or 2 recreational seating
I'm willing to post a list of regs at the 25/50/100 saying what my guess is hsp/or not.
And you can tell me if I'm right or not.
Then if you want you can go and check the winrates of the players in the list who arent tagged as hsp
Should be a fun one
You are going to have a lot of people pissed about the changes in the Phil Kessel Tourney. You might want to get out in front of it!!!
So as you can see below. In the first email it says you can ONLY win entry to the tournament by completing challenges. Like playing 125$ in slots. Plus they give you 5 raffle tickets to win the second package.
So people did the challenge partly because they thought other people might not notice or wont bother so really good value to win 1 of 2 10k packages.
As people guessed not very many people bothered so I guess wpt panicked.
And then WPT just changes the tourney to an 81$ buy-in entry and is giving people 1 raffle ticket for every 1$ dollar spin they do,,,,,someone is going to have like 2k raffle tickets or more.....making the 5 they gave us almost worthless.
Basically screwing everyone who did the 1st 2 challenge out of all the extra value.
Seriously you guys are giving away 5 million $$$ and then pull this stuff.... its unbelievably bad imo.
Anyways you never refunded my 220$ ticket for a tourney i couldnt play so I doubt you will do much about this.
(The solution is take the original 45 people who qualified and do a raffle of a couple 3k packages to play the prime or whatever & hotel money or whatever) .
