I admit defeat, if I was trying to figure it out how to make site unplayable I would not have came up with such briliant ideas. Make impossible to bet correct/desired amount, what a briliant idea!

The new UPDATE: very very BAD that it is super hard to she which players are in the hand post-flop - the cards are WAYY too small - I just don't undestand what kind of people are designing this user experience - at least it must be people that has never played online poker more than a few hands.
Not to be all negative, I did notice that the software seemed more snappier when clicking the buttons in the lobby - seems like it's performance has been improved a bit on that front, but the visual update was just a STEP BACKWARDS.
I agree with the statements above.
Again, with all due respect to the creators of the application, - I'd assume that the update's main product goal is to decrease the amount of multitabliing players and to greatly embrace the gambling part. Smaller cards, bigger avatars - btw, has someone else noticed the fact that you're no longer able to see your own VPIP/PFR?
Also, I think the initial timebank is decreased - with "purchase" buttons now conveniently moved straight under the avatar so you could conveniently (pun intended) accidentally click on them.
I think i liked the fact that the numbers are bigger and more visible. But the bet slider is terrible.
Make the cards bigger, come on guys, it’s not that hard…

Surely this is just a troll by WPT right? I mean, it´s almost April 1st.
That or the devs and the people making the decisions truly hate online poker.
Why on earth would you make a bet slider like that or hide player names during action or freeze the game for 10 secs every river?
I´m pretty sure that these things are just as annoying to recs as well as regs.
Everything seems good for me except the card color's difference between cash game and tournament. The tournament's card color look awful.

Yes bet slinder is a problem without "+ -" but we have Intuitivetables so it's not a problem.
About timebank I think it's still the same.
About our own stats we can see this in our profile.
About player name disappears mid hand, yes I agree this one is bad.
About lagging I think it's ok because the previous version improved a lot.
And you forgot they bring back the feature that hiding all the tables we can't sit, for me it's the best one.
And I think pressing WPT will not help us anything, I saw the improve of the app, just let them do their work.
Remember how we pressing Alex but he still replied us, and now they changed to a guy that appear each 10 days.
On Pokerstars and GG they even never talk with players.

However, I don't think that our feedback is something that can be named "pressure". I believe that the fact that we're expressing our concerns means we care about the software and its functionality. Lags that freeze client for 10-20 seconds so you're timed out of hand is something that would push recs away in a heartbeat - I've faced 4 of those last time I played.
In any case, let's hope for the best 😀
The new update is actually quite good but please for the love of god make the cards bigger, I don’t know how many times I miss how many players are in the hand.

Ok let me explain.
About rakeback, you should register under 1 agent, WPT will give rakeback to your agent, and the agent will give you the rakeback, how much depends on the deal between you and your agent.
If you did not register under any agent, you will not get anything, in this case you can contact any agent -> deal with them -> move to their agent. And remember you can only change agent 1 time.
If you use Doug code, you need to deal with him and I don't think you can talk to him, in this case all your rakeback belong to him(Doug).
But if you are tagged as HSP your agent will not get anything -> you get nothing.
Two years ago I deposited on WPT. After two winning sessions, I was tagged as a pro, and after that you hid all the tables from me in the lobby except for the one where only one pro was sitting. Consequently, I withdrew my funds.
Two years later I returned because I heard that you had abolished that ******ed rule. I tried to sit at any table where a game is in progress – it doesn’t work. The software only lets me sit at the table where only one pro is seated. It won’t let me sit at a table where

If you’ve been tagged as a HSP like you said then yes your table selection will be limited. It can be extremely frustrating and afaik remains on your account.
