Im from Argentina. The funny thing is that it always freezes after about 45 minutes or an hour and a half.

Do you know where the WPTG servers are from? Do you have one or more?

I'm in Canada and experiencing the same thing. 6-8 sec disconnects once or twice an hour, while fully connected everywhere else.

Another Canadian I know has had the same.

You are right but losing your time. Nothing will be done, those bots are related to POKERKING not WPT Global.

They are house bots.

100% agree with this, I've reported tons of bots at the beginning of the year but then stopped when I saw that nothing was being done.

Now every session feels like you're battling half humans and half bots. I think everyone involved in this is blinded by their greed, as it always is the case in similar situations. Greed always bites back in one form or another though, and there goes the platform and its trust, reputation and integrity.

Please report every instance to security anyone who is playing these games. Collusion is way more detrimental to the games than bots.

With regards to the bots, they have been around since last year. I reported hundreds, maybe thousands and WPTG rewarded me several K from confiscated accounts. I'd be really surprised if they were house bots. The two guys in Joey Ingram's podcast below are behind the security of the games and are reputable people in the industry.

Is this still the case under new management? Are they rewarding and actually banning the accounts you report?

I haven't received any reward since January but I don't really mind about that, I'd rather just get the issue fixed. I'm very concerned about the
recent collusion reports though so I think we should definitely report any instance of this even if the bot issues aren't getting sorted as of yet.

To me that's just more proof that this management is doing absolutely nothing about bots, except probably putting them there themselves.

I can confirm that several of the accounts mentioned here have already been locked and banned. We're also working closely with the product team to improve proactive detection for this specific group.

Regarding whistleblower rewards: please note that there is typically a delay of several months before rewards are distributed after the player in question is banned. This allows time to complete investigations thoroughly, process any appeals, and, in some cases, conduct additional interviews or webcam reviews. Rewards are based on the quality and specificity of the evidence submitted.

For the most efficient processing, please send reports directly to [email][email protected][/email] from the mail that is tied to your WPT global account.

Lastly, I want to address the recurring rumor above: WPT Global & its partners do not operate or permit any in-house bots. All skins share the same security infrastructure and follow a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bots and RTA.

I'd be surprised if this is a bot, for a few reasons.

These kind of weird, long posts with very little actual evidence probably don't help our cause imo, you just come across as someone who should be posting in the "is poker rigged" thread.

I reported around 30 of these accounts yesterday; they seem to come in cycles and it's quite bad at 5/10/20 atm.

You came here, not bringing anything on the table except defending the brand and totally ignored everyone mentioning that the software is lagging/freezing every 15 minutes and we are all getting folded/losing money.

When we email support (the dumbest support of poker history) they invent things instead of taking responsibility.

When is this non sense gonna stop and WPT actually bringing a real service to players?

I am paying over 30K per month to "play" on your site. Yes the games are good but it isn't a reason to allow bots and give us a really shitty service

lol this guy is not a bot, he is fish at 50-100, in the past he was a big whale but recently he studied something so his game is better right now still a fish, but not a whale anymore.

So your assumption is wrong at this point, so your other assumption may be wrong as well.

I attempted to email your security team with a number of suspect accounts roughly 1 hour ago with roughly 10 accounts and I advised I would follow up with further accounts. It took them 48 minutes to provide their response.

I expected the initial email response to be one along the lines of that they would look into the matter, but was provided with a response that A) fails to address the issue I've put to them B) Claim I won't receive any refund at all.

It stands to reason if I have lost money to an account breaking T&C's that their money will be confiscated and refunded to impacted players. I didn't expect this to be immediate, but the security member who has responded to me clearly doesn't understand this has always been the case in circumstances such as this, otherwise where is the downside to breaking T&C's?

I have been playing on your site since June last year and and anyone with an inkling of poker knowledge knows what's happening on your site over the past few weeks, even if we can't specify exactly what is going on.

Every table seems to have at least 1 new Chinese account playing 30/20ish give or take a few points either side with aggro 3b. This is not normal behaviour of a new account, but almost every table has one in every session I'm playing. If it was the odd account that would be understandable that some people are just good or got coached, but not at the clip we are seeing currently.

If this is the response I am going to receive then why should I put any further effort into trying to direct your security team to suspect accounts?

Last days I had a few tables that seemed very soft, but there was a lot of multiway aggression going on that I don't usually see. Am I being paranoid or is there more collusion than normal going on?

Also sucks that the platform is flooded with bots. Why is this so hard to detect if they have high level data analysis etc going on? Do these things really pass the Turing test?

Mmm not exactly like this but meta game has changed a lot lately... I tought It was mainly because of those Weird chinnese accounts that everybody Is talking about

Yes the bots are very hard to detect... they all play the exact same stats, often use some deviation of the same avatar, always use the exact same timings and sizings and never have over 1000 hands played.

My thorough investigation usually takes about 1 minute to detect the bots at a table. **** the wpt rep here trying to sell us they're actively fighting that with top detection technology, just open a ****ing table buddy.

Avoid CNY tables (up to 10/20/40); they are full of colluders.

Can you provide some data for this claim please, i.e. player screenshots showing stats, hand histories etc.

I’m a player, not the security team. Check it yourself, it won’t take you more than a few minutes if you watch the game at full tables. WPT is slowly turning into Pokermaster 2.0

Can you confirm if players funds will be confiscated and funds refunded to players who were playing on the tables with them if the accounts were found to be breaching T&Cs?

It's not that difficult to identify bots. I can identify dozens when I play. Same bet patterns, almost same pfps, new IDs, less than 2k hands played... If you don't do anything, you must be getting some profit of them, because YOU ALLOW IT.

I had to even make a video of myself playing with my phone, recording my screen, showing and explaining in the video what devices where connected to my PC, showing in the video that I wasnt using earphones... And now you can't identify bots when everybody can?
