Is there any update on how 888 is going to handle the situation with Irish players as the law in Ireland regarding sports betting is changing on July 1st?

I have had to re-verify my ID with Bet365 and Party have new terms I have to look at and probably verify again but zero contact from 888 on the matter.

I am on the Ontario Canada client. I have been unable to login successfully for years now. I get a never ending "spinning icon" after logging in. I tried multiple browsers/application installs, multiple computers and multiple ISP's, issue persists.

My last 3-4 emails to support have been completely ignored.

I uploaded my documents via email as I cant upload after not being able to login. The support phone number has been "not in service" the entire length of time.

I am really close to filling a compliant with the AGCO, that's the next step.

I play on all the other major poker companies with zero issues.

Can I have your poker user name?

After receiving a withdrawal confirmation on May 5th, which was somehow reversed again on May 12th, I contacted the Gambling Commission.

After doing so, I did not hear anything further from either 888 or the Gambling Commission itself. I assumed that all the time, effort, and stress I had gone through with 888 had been for nothing.

Then, on June 24th, I received two emails from 888. I had them translated from German into English with the help of ChatGPT.

Today is July 1st. Seven days have passed, and I still have NOT received the payment in my PayPal account.

My username is habeichja, and I kindly ask that this case be forwarded to the appropriate specialists so that this issue can finally be resolved.

Finally it happened.

@888 Rep. I have sended an EMail to 888 on 06.06, with New ID Picture +me. This mail was unanswered. Could you please tell your team, that they take a last look on my Account? I received my money now and i am ready to cooperate and answer all questions you have to me.

In my opinion it would be just fair. I have also received an message yesterday from 888, which was not headed to me, where someone asks for updates to my mail from 06.06.2026. Thank you for your help. If this is still your final decicion, i will just accept it
