FYI,
To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:
Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.
If any of these details are missing or unclear, the document may not pass our verification standards. We recommend double-checking these criteria before resubmitting.

Ok we will elobarate it alltogether.
Let's look your 3handed statistics on the left hand side. You played 1775+1774+1765 = 5314 games 3handed. You could expect to be on the button exactly 1/3 of the times right? 1/3 are 1771,3 times. You were on the button 1775 times it is 3,7 MORE.
Let's now move on to heads up, on the right hand side. You played 2899+3146 = 6045 hands heads-up. You could expect to be on the button exactly 1/2 of the times right? 1/2 are 3022,5 times. You were on the button 3146 times it is 123,5 MORE.
Let's wrap up. You seem to be lucky 3handed. And you seem to be ACTIVELY BUTTONING in heads-up.

as required by the stroke of luck promotion I bet in slots until I won more then 5 times my bet yesterday. But I didn't receive any scratchcard. Support was really embarassing. First support member asked me for a screenshot of the promotion (doesn't she know stroke of luck pormo?!) and ended the chat 2 minutes later, while I was making it. Second support member repeated continiously that I didn't qualify because system hasn't granted me any scratch card. But he didn't even try to explain me WHY in his opinion I didn't receive any scratch card.

I believe you need to make about 10 posts before you can do any private messages but you can post your poker user name here on the forum like most players do.

Your new HUD notes is not working. When you open the window, it immediately switches when the snap table changes to another one. It should stay in place. The issue appeared when the new HUD was introduced. Troubleshooting has not progressed through your support. Their advice has been to "restart the modem."
Hello... this is some kind of trash, first I couldn't register for six months, then they didn't give me tickets when I deposited with a promo code... I had to write to the court to resolve this issue... now I received a letter that I shared information with someone and therefore my account was blocked, I don't understand at all what this is about... what's the joke? I think the room just doesn't need regular players who don't lose

I'm stucked in the verification process. I send over (german) passport/back/front/selfie through the helpdesk twice and received one time a standardmail and for the second time no answer.
Looking at my 888-profile, the street/housenumber "1 A" is missing, though I'm pretty sure, that I didn't forget it in the registration process.
Either way...now I can't add/change it. The missing number is easy to see on the backside of my passport.
I believe you need to make about 10 posts before you can do any private messages but you can post your poker user name here on the forum like most players do.

Hello, like many Brazilians, 888 does not update my address and gives meaningless answers to my question. I already told an attendant who sent me an email that I no longer live with my parents and today I have a new address, and I sent 5 types of proof of residence, but they simply replied that it is not visible or that they are from more than 3 months ago, but they were all issued in January and perfectly visible. It is being very negligent, not being able to update a simple address. And it's only with Brazil, I've seen people say that it could be retaliation for the Brazilian government to fine Casino 888 for not complying with Brazilian laws, I sincerely hope that's not true.
So I kindly ask that someone help me and help so many Brazilians who have been without being able to access their funds for more than months due to:

I see you wrote ten fluff posts in 13 minutes. I can't tell at what time your PMs were enabled, but they have been. (That's not often the case as most people that do that are banned for it because from past experience they would often turn out to be spammers.)

But how can I know which documents are acceptable if they don't specify what's wrong with the ones I've already provided? My previous documents clearly state my address and name, and were submitted for verification within the last three months. It's simply incomprehensible that they've rejected my documents without explaining why.
I've spent a lot of time and money obtaining supporting documents in a country where English is not an official language, and they're not even willing to explain specifically what doesn't meet your requirements. It makes me wonder if this is any different from fraud.
