Include the date of issue.

It was a normal grind day and I was also using other poker sites. I didn't have a connection problem with any of them, just the 888 froze.

A few months ago, I was playing a $320 tournament on 888 when the site disconnected and took a long time to come back. When it finally did, I had already lost all my chips. On the same day, I saw other players complaining about the disconnection on Twitter.
I have sent multiple emails to 888 support, but unfortunately, I still haven't received a refund for the buy-in. I kindly request a refund of the $320 due to this issue. I will attach screenshots of the emails where I received no definitive response regarding my case.

We demand an official statement from 888poker to the Brazilian community regarding the numerous issues faced with account verification and fund withdrawals. We’ve been dealing with an endless process for days, even weeks, with no clear answers. The lack of transparency and the delay in resolutions are undermining the trust of many players in Brazil, including myself. Furthermore, the fact that we can’t even edit our own address on the platform shows that something is seriously wrong. The Brazilian community deserves to be treated with respect and have their issues resolved in a clear and efficient manner. We expect an urgent official position and concrete actions to resolve these problems! Patience is running out!

Here are two images of my current database for 888, both for 2-3 handed games as well as for 6max, as you can observe here, I have at least 5% more small blinds and big blinds relative to button, co etc. This is a whooping 3000 hands where I am paying the blinds constantly against bottom of the barrel human scums who seem to thrive in your ecosystem. - Is there going to be any form of restitution for my missing buttons and grimmed 3000 times in 60k hands? Do you realise how absurd this is?
- Is using seating script a bannable offence? Or is it something which you suspend a player for a few days or a week or two before you let them back to repeat the same offence again
Just a FYI, my impression is that the no. of scums using seating scripts have been reduced, but the perpetrators guilty of breaking 888's TOS have ALWAYS BEEN WELCOME AND RETURN to the tables, perhaps after a break of a few weeks, but seemingly face little consequence otherwise.
Also, whilst the no. of seating scripters have reduced, some of them are still using it sporadically/temporarily when traffic is very high and the fight for seats are more vigorous. How do I know this? Because the offenders would "reserve" and "sit out" to ensure they get a seat when they are not scripting.

We have received the ID, but it is not sufficient for the withdrawal process. To withdraw funds, a valid bank statement from the past three months is required.

How do I get hand histories in a format that can be imported into HEM3 please?
I asked chat and they sent me a PDF of just hand numbers and results, so no good.
When I go to the 888 hand viewer, copy to clipboard and paste into notepad, I then can't import to HEM3 due to "invalid date format".

Split NumberOfPlayers = 2 and NumberOfPlayers = 3 in 2 different queries and post each of the results. Then we can alltogether ellaborate how many buttons are missing in reality.

We understand that the recent changes to 888poker’s home address update protocol have caused difficulties, and we are now updating the process to make it easier.
The process for changing email and home addresses was recently updated for security reasons, which made these changes more complicated. In hindsight, we recognize that this update should have only applied to email changes, not home address updates.
Effective immediately, and thanks to player feedback, we will revert to the previous system for address changes, which will allow for a smoother verification process.
