FYI,

To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:

Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

no sense to post nicknames and so on. There will be more and more "team players" in this game. It is an issue on all poker site which offers these games. It is what it is. And poker site can't do anything with this. I am just advising, nothing more. It is you money and your decision.

If you love this game and you are good at it - just play it offline

ACR uses reshuffle which does help with this issue. Given the problems you mention I am assuming 888 does not use it.

Hello, I would like to know what about my question? I've been playing on 888 for probably more than 10 years and never had any problems before. I would like to know the reason for the restriction and how I can get my funds back.

We have received the ID, but it is not sufficient for the withdrawal process. To withdraw funds, a valid bank statement from the past three months is required.

I have always withdrawn via PIX normally.

I've been trying to withdraw for 70 days and it always gives me an error.

Support told me to create another account via AstroPay and make a deposit to release the withdrawal.

I have already made a deposit using this method and it is not possible to select it to make a withdrawal.

I've tried all support emails, discord and reddit and nothing. Please help me!

What's the rule on deals on 888 tournaments? You can't deal in progressive or mystery bounty tournaments or you can? I know you can in freezeouts or rebuys that are not progressive.

If you can do a deal in a progressive, you keep your bounty if it's a progressive? How does that work?

I tried to register in muchbetter, but I don't receive an SMS with a code.
Since I already use such services as Webmoney and LuxonPay, it would be good if they added these methods.
Can you somehow influence them to add luxonpay and webmoney to me. When you are involved, it speeds up their responses.
Well, or finally let them add Muchbetter if there is no other way, I will continue trying to register this wallet.

I would ask the same question.
On Reddit, a lot of Brazilians are talking about this huge problem.
I am not the only one.
We are trying the "Verify ID" step, but it gets stuck in a loop with no response.
