Hello, the player pool in belarus closed at the end of the year and a player has since moved country but has created a new account, i was wondering if this was permitted due to his prevoius country now being closed. Was he was allowed to make a new account or is this still against the rules?

If you move to a different country then it will probably be allowed although you would have to send proof etc.

Thank you, for your help. The good news: I got an answer. The bad news: It was a joke.
They said, that there was a problem with the (german) Schufa data comparision. My 888-profile didn't match the Schufa data.
Really ?;-) The HOUSENUMBER is missing. Has to be "Fuhrberger Weg 1 A", instead of just "Fuhrberger Weg". Not really rocket science, if you ask me.
My data is the same since 45 years. Verified GGPoker 3 months ago with zero problems (with 1 A of course).

Answered 888 today through the help desk, but I expect no answer without your support...so thank you again in advance.

Good afternoon)) I need your help. I live in Belarus. On December 24, 2024, I received an email informing me that 888 would cease operations in our country on December 26, 2024. I put the available funds on withdrawal on December 24, and since the 26th, I can no longer log into the room to contact support. I can only log in to the cashier through a browser, but the cashier writes to me that the withdrawal was rejected and asks me to confirm my identity. I sent a passport photo and sent a bank statement. The issue was accepted from the bank on January 24, 2025, as they announced in the message. But the money is hanging on the withdrawal, and I can neither cancel nor accept the withdrawal. Yesterday I went to the cashier and again saw a message saying that the withdrawal was rejected, well, I sent my passport again, and again I received an email saying that I need to confirm the address with a bank statement. Its been more than 2 months since my account is locked including no access to my funds.

1. Does anyone here have a ton of issues with the 888 client? It constantly freezes and you have to force close it and then open the client again and log back in. Now this issue seems to happen if I have say 10 tables or more opened. This was the same issue the client had years ago but then it was fixed later on I believe. But now the issue is back again? There are other issues as well. After you bust out of a tournament, sometimes there is no message asking you if you like to re enter? Is there a reason why? Several tournaments I had this happen and the only way to re enter those tournaments is log out of the client and open it again and log in. That is literally the only way. The issue is you going to sit out at your other tables when you do all this.

2. I use 888caption64 with HEM3 and hud on it. When there is ton of freezing and lagging, sometimes when I stop the hud, the freezing stops? Anyone notice this? So HEM3 hud is causing lot of these issues then? The other issues include when I click on the lobby and it doesn't open? Does anyone have this issue? When this happens, you have no idea how many players are left and how many players get in the money and have zero idea what the payouts are. Only way to fix this issue is log out and log back in.

3. You can only use 1 tournament ticket for each specific tournament? Example, say you registered a $55 tournament with cash. If you want to re enter and have s $55 ticket, it would ask if you want to use it correct? However, what if you register the $55 tournament with a $55 ticket? If you bust and re enter, you can't use another $55 ticket if you have more? What happens if you win a seat to a $55 tournament and then play in it and then bust. When it ask if you like to re enter, you can with a $55 tournament ticket right if you have one? But say you bust out again. Now you can only re enter with cash? So you can't ever use more than 1 tournament ticket for any specific tournament?

4. To those that don't play lot of tables or maybe not use caption or HEM or PT, do you ever have an issue where after you bust out of a tournament that it never gives you the message of if you like to re enter or not?

5. The 50% early bird rakeback thing. So you get 50% rakeback for tournaments if you register for it before they start. The most you can get back is $50 a week right? So if you pay $100 or more worth of rake in a week for regular tournaments and register before they start, that is the max you get? But you have to pay at least $10 of rake in order to get $5 at the minimum? What about tournaments that you win a satellite to and then are preregistered for the target tournament and it hasn't started yet so you are registered before it start? On 888 website, it says mtt's only and direct buyin only? Can you explain direct buyin? So doesn't matter if you register with cash or a tournament ticket or satellte as long as you are registered for it before tournament starts? Or it means cash or tournament ticket but not satellite to it where it auto registers you for it?


Is there a reason why certain tournaments you can't right click and change the table felt color? It's default blue color no matter what?

I have been waiting for more than 1 month for confirmation of my mucj better statement and my proof of income.
Nobody responds to me, the only person who responded to me was Caio B, but I did not receive a response from 888.

When playing on 888 earlier, it was basically impossible. Once I had 10 tables or more, software kept freezing. I had to stop hud from my HEM3 and then the freezing stopped. I use 888caption as well with it. Then when it froze again, I had to force close the client. The issue after that is I couldn't even log back into 888 client for a while. Everytime I opened the 888 client, it kept showing a message of

Something went wrong while connecting to the server. Please try again later. Option is close app or try again.

No matter what I did, it didn't seem to work as I kept opening and closing the 888 client and the login screen didn't show up. After doing that many times, I got the same message again except this time it didn't have the close app option and only retry. I even closed the HEM3 client and 888caption and when trying to open the 888 client it didn't work and showed that same message. After opening and closing the client so many times, it then showed the login screen so I was able to login. After logging in, I did open HEM3 and 888caption but I didn't start the HEM3 hud. So I was playing without the hud. It did still freeze a bit but it wasn't that bad. So I essentially continued to play without the hud turned on until I had like 8 tables or less. It was only then that it seemed the freezing wasn't as bad but still froze a lot. I would click on stop hud then the lag stop. Then start hud and then it worked again.

However, there are tons of other issues with this. For some reason, some tournaments you can't even click on the lobby and check it out. Does anyone here have this issue? You can't even check chip counts or anything and this seems to happen with 1 or 2 tournaments. If I was to close the table and click on my tournaments and click on it and then it brings me back to the table in that specific tournamnet, you still can't check on the tournament lobby for that tournament. The only way to fix this issue is close the client and log back in. I think when I did this, that same tournament still didn't allow me to check the lobby so I didn't bother with that anymore.

Another thing is that daily gem free tournament ticket thing. It mentions if you play 9 daily gems in a given buyin, you get a free ticket for that specific buyin. Does rebuys count towards it or not? Example a $11 Daily Gems Mystery Bounty tournament where you play and rebuy twice and thus 3 buyins total. Does that count as 3 buyins or just 1? The phrasing seem to be like any daily gem tournament you play counts as 1 buyin regardless of rebuys but I got a daily gem ticket and the only way I could have gotten that is if you could rebuys?

You are probably the only one on 888 with these problems. Check your hardware and software.
