To clarify, member needs to meet our verification requirements, it must:
Be dated within the past three months,
Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

Thank you, for your help. The good news: I got an answer. The bad news: It was a joke.
They said, that there was a problem with the (german) Schufa data comparision. My 888-profile didn't match the Schufa data.
Really ?;-) The HOUSENUMBER is missing. Has to be "Fuhrberger Weg 1 A", instead of just "Fuhrberger Weg". Not really rocket science, if you ask me.
My data is the same since 45 years. Verified GGPoker 3 months ago with zero problems (with 1 A of course).

I got an answer...it WAS rocket science. They deleted my account and I should make a new one.
This an important information even for other users. So if your personal data changed (you move or whatever), it seems to be impossible, to change/update the personal informations.

Hello, in the 888 poker promotion, a cataract of prizes that surprise prizes fall on the tables... what have you done??? For 2 weeks you have only given freeroll tickets and you no longer give blast tickets. Is it a mistake or did you do it on purpose?
Where do I see the rakeback I've received or due to receive, please? All I can find is that awful club reward scheme were you have to play a ton to get a $1 tournament ticket. I've paid about $200 in rake this past few weeks and can't find any info in my account easily. Or is that club rewards at like 1% rakeback basically it?

last 2 weaks sunday $215 was removed from the schedule (probably because of the $215 main event of the series same day). But today $215 is still missing. Was it removed forever? I assume a mistake. 888rep, please ask your colleagues to check it.

I succesfully sended/uploaded that 2 times already, and haven't got anything back.

888 rep there is a bug/problem regarding the tickets for the 1000$ casino freeroll on Saturday. It's now the second week in a row me and others did not receive the ticket eventhough I played in the casino on Thursday.
There are numerous reports here and on other forums. Username will not help since this not an isolated issue so please don't reply asking for my username and talk directly with ur tech team or someone else who is able to fix this.

May be you should call the name of your software properly. It is not clear for everybody that Juro = Jurojin and H2N = Hand2Note.
