2 days later, I got another mail, that minimal differences in the personal data could cause the (german) Schufa comparison to fail. So I should update my personal data.
Nice help...I can't update the personal data in the 888 client...and obviously they missed, that they already deleted the account.

I just uploaded another document via the Safe Portal.

Of course since support never specified where I went wrong with my last upload this is a complete shot in the dark. I hope I run hot.

So...I registered again....and it's the way, I guessed it. The street/housenumber "Fuhrberger Weg 1 A" was correct in the registration mask, but after finishing the registration process, the 888-software removed the "1 A", so that my personal data is wrong again. The joke is, that it was possible, to pick my adress in a proposed roll down menu...but nonetheless an 888-algorithm removed the number in the end.
I mailed them...but expect no solution, because if no human beeing will correct this glitch...I'll be stucked forever.
