Clearly show their full name,
Display their current address, and
Include the date of issue.

I have been waiting for more than 1 month for confirmation of my mucj better statement and my proof of income.
Nobody responds to me, the only person who responded to me was Caio B, but I did not receive a response from 888.
I have my money stuck there and I would just like to get my money out.

It's been more than 3 months since i have seen no cooperation from 888 team.
I thought i'll try one more time maybe at least i get an explanation or any answer from the operations team.
My account got restricted because they asked me to send photos with the card that i've deposited with.
Since i've been using a virtual card from Revolut, i have sent screenshoots from the app and also bank statement that proove that i am the owner of the card.
I haven't even got ANY answer after i did all that i could.
I would love to see any following answer and more cooperation at least in this matter , regardless if they choose to open or not.

last 2 weaks sunday $215 was removed from the schedule (probably because of the $215 main event of the series same day). But today $215 is still missing. Was it removed forever? I assume a mistake. 888rep, please ask your colleagues to check it.

so i use skrill to withdraw money, i got faulty message/email the last time i did saying that my funds were returned to 888, they were not it was all good, *like 10 days ago. so i wanted to withdraw again and now skrill is not an option, i assume system thinks it didnt go through so removed the option, even when it DID, so i message support, they said oh just deposit using skrill minimum 10$ and it will re appear as an option in 24 hours, it was 48 hours ago still not there. messaged support again today on the client, that guy was giving me some template answers and said some non sensical stuff. can you send it to over for me and add skrill as withdraw option for me. ty

You will need to make a minimum deposit as they advised and this will bring back the option to withdraw by skril, sorry but that's the way it works.

I received an email with the following statement: "We have reviewed your account, and we do not see any record of the deposit attempt on our end. In this case, we recommend that you check directly with Luxon or your bank."
This contradicts the screenshot I provided.
However, I contacted Luxon for assistance, and they have confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed on their side.
I would appreciate it if you could prioritize this matter. In this case, it seems to be a communication issue between Luxon and 888. I provided more information in the email.

Thank you, for your help. The good news: I got an answer. The bad news: It was a joke.
They said, that there was a problem with the (german) Schufa data comparision. My 888-profile didn't match the Schufa data.
Really ?;-) The HOUSENUMBER is missing. Has to be "Fuhrberger Weg 1 A", instead of just "Fuhrberger Weg". Not really rocket science, if you ask me.
My data is the same since 45 years. Verified GGPoker 3 months ago with zero problems (with 1 A of course).
Answered 888 today through the help desk, but I expect no answer without your support...so thank you again in advance."

Hello, in the 888 poker promotion, a cataract of prizes that surprise prizes fall on the tables... what have you done??? For 2 weeks you have only given freeroll tickets and you no longer give blast tickets. Is it a mistake or did you do it on purpose?
Where do I see the rakeback I've received or due to receive, please? All I can find is that awful club reward scheme were you have to play a ton to get a $1 tournament ticket. I've paid about $200 in rake this past few weeks and can't find any info in my account easily. Or is that club rewards at like 1% rakeback basically it?
