Thank you, for your help. The good news: I got an answer. The bad news: It was a joke.
They said, that there was a problem with the (german) Schufa data comparision. My 888-profile didn't match the Schufa data.
Really ?;-) The HOUSENUMBER is missing. Has to be "Fuhrberger Weg 1 A", instead of just "Fuhrberger Weg". Not really rocket science, if you ask me.
My data is the same since 45 years. Verified GGPoker 3 months ago with zero problems (with 1 A of course).

This an important information even for other users. So if your personal data changed (you move or whatever), it seems to be impossible, to change/update the personal informations.

Hello, in the 888 poker promotion, a cataract of prizes that surprise prizes fall on the tables... what have you done??? For 2 weeks you have only given freeroll tickets and you no longer give blast tickets. Is it a mistake or did you do it on purpose?
Where do I see the rakeback I've received or due to receive, please? All I can find is that awful club reward scheme were you have to play a ton to get a $1 tournament ticket. I've paid about $200 in rake this past few weeks and can't find any info in my account easily. Or is that club rewards at like 1% rakeback basically it?

last 2 weaks sunday $215 was removed from the schedule (probably because of the $215 main event of the series same day). But today $215 is still missing. Was it removed forever? I assume a mistake. 888rep, please ask your colleagues to check it.

888 rep there is a bug/problem regarding the tickets for the 1000$ casino freeroll on Saturday. It's now the second week in a row me and others did not receive the ticket eventhough I played in the casino on Thursday.
There are numerous reports here and on other forums. Username will not help since this not an isolated issue so please don't reply asking for my username and talk directly with ur tech team or someone else who is able to fix this.

May be you should call the name of your software properly. It is not clear for everybody that Juro = Jurojin and H2N = Hand2Note.
888 won't process my (support id: 793074593) withdrawal, won't let me update my bank details. I've been reluctant to make a public post but at this point I'm out of options. I'm providing a timeline of events below to emphasize the absurdity of my situation.
Nov 18 2024: I receive the approved withdrawal confirmation email from 888 for my 3000usd wire transfer. (This is the 5th withdrawal I've made in 2024 iirc, all previous withdrawals were processed eventually.)
Nov 22 2024: I write to the 888 transactions team requesting a winner's letter for my wire in order to authenticate the transaction with my bank. (I've requested and received this document on several occasions in the past and it's worked fine every time.)
Nov 27 2024: After they ignore my emails and request for the letter, I write to them again, emphasizing that my funds remain tied up at the bank. My bank is refusing to process the withdrawal without documentation from 888.
December 5 2024: Transactions team writes to me, says they have the letter "requested" (to whom? they never make it clear) and will send it to me as soon as they have it available.
December 9 2024: After I send them a letter from my bank requesting documentation they write to me again, apologizing for the delay and assuring me they've made a follow up (to whom?) and will let me know when they have the document available.
December 21 2024: At this point, weeks later, my bank informs me they can't process my wire without documentation for regulatory reasons and returns the funds to 888. 888 in turn sends me an automated message saying the wire withdrawal had been returned to them citing "invalid bank details". (They never sent me the winner's letter I needed and never clarified why they couldn't.) In the automated email they suggest I update my bank details in a reply to their email and attach a copy of my recent bank statement issued within the last 6 months.
Jan 20 2025: I'm traveling at the time but do as they say and make a new bank account and send them what they requested. Now I need my updated bank details to be verified so that my withdrawal can be processed correctly.
Jan 24 2025: I receive an email from a new 888 support address (support@888row.zendesk.com) in which they say they haven't received an email with my "updated address" and that they need me to let them know the amount I wish to withdraw. Of course this is bizarre because: a) my address hasn't been updated (it's my bank details that have been updated) and b) they know the withdrawal request is for 3000usd since the funds were returned to them.
Jan 25-27 2025: I write to them explaining the situation emphasizing that this is now the third 888 support email address I am corresponding with (after I traded emails with [email]transdep@888brands.net[/email] and [email]trans@888brands.net[/email] previously). I urge them to look into my account history to understand the situation better.
Jan 30 2025: At this point I'm spooked. My 3000usd isn't in bank account and it isn't in my gaming account. Where is it? I write to them again asking that the funds be returned to my gaming account, suggesting that I will request a new wire for 3000usd once that's done and my bank details are updated.
Jan 31 - Feb 21 2025: 888 bullies me into providing documentation from my bank that they returned the 3000usd to 888. (I'm being asked to provide documentation for my own funds! Has anyone else experienced this?) Eventually, after I provide documents from my bank, 888 returns the 3000usd to my gaming account and emails me with confirmation. I reply to their email and say I'm attaching my updated bank details as well as a recent bank statement, which is what they requested. At this point I can't remember exactly but I believe this is the third time I've sent them my updated bank details. I need my new bank account verified so that I can withdraw my funds!
March 1-7 2025: I receive another automated email from 888 this time from the "Operations Team." At this point I've dealt with three generic support emails, a "transactions team", and a "payments team". Bureaucratic hell. They write to me saying my account can't be verified because the document I sent is "invalid." I write to 888 support (support@888row.zendesk.com) and ask them why the document didn't meet their verification standards. They write back saying I need to "submit an alternate proof of address." (Remember I'm trying to verify my new bank account not my identity. I verified my identity and previous bank details in 2023 and 2024.)
At this point I genuinely don't know what I need to do. I'm trying to verify my new bank account. How is a utility bill with my proof of address going to verify my bank account? That's what a bank statement is for! And I've sent them several.
If someone from 888 could contact me with an answer to the queries I've sent support I can send them the documentation they need. Automated replies aren't solving anything. (Is the document invalid because of an address discrepancy? screenshots? cropping issues? which details are missing? how am I supposed to know if they won't tell me?)
Additionally I need to have a conversation with the relevant team at 888 about my withdrawal situation. Even after my new bank account is successfully verified I'm going to need a winner's letter or similar documentation for future wires so that my bank can authenticate my claim that I won prizes from 888.
I have an absurd amount of money tied up on 888 and no way to withdraw it. I have a right to that money and deserve access to it within a reasonable timeframe. I want to make it clear that I have no problem verifying my identity and bank details. Unfortunately 888 is making this process darn near impossible. I have our correspondence saved and can provide screenshots if that will help.
At this point I feel defeated. I've been a customer of 888's since 2016. I've played millions of hands on the site and raked tens of thousands of dollars. If someone from 888 could give me the individual attention my case warrants and not automated replies perhaps an alternative payment method can be agreed upon if a future wire transfer does not work out for whatever reason.
Tl;dr: 888 has been running me around in circles for months. I've had conversations with 888rep on twoplustwo and three different support emails. At this point I'm unable to verify my new bank account and can't withdraw my funds. No one at 888 will give me a straight answer and I am at the end of my patience.

Just an advice. Make Skrill account, verify it. Then make min deposit to 888. play some poker to generate rake, then make a withdrawal to Skrill.
