the real edge to card counting is that dealer blackjack you lose your bet but player blackjack you get 3:2
you also can more confident in basic strategy because the upcard is even more likelier to have a face card underneath it than usual
you're also far likelier to hit a face card on your doubles

this is all pretty much true. its the most beautiful thing in the world when you're at a true count of over +10 and you pretty much start winning every 3/5 hands. One thing you forgot to mention is that dependant on the count, you can deviate from basic strategy to do baller things like doubling your 10 vs. dealer's 10, or doubling 9 v 7, etc. never have I split 10's, though, but taking insurance at TC (true count) of +3 or more is brilliant too. Yeah 3:2 you can in most places, Vegas has great conditions. Never play 6:5 blackjack its absolute murder. Variance is a shitshow but for some reason I don't get tilted, but poker tilts me still. You need a solid bankroll for it obv, and you need to be finicky with how much you spread your bets; too little is too little profit but too much can get you backed off fast. Only reason I never split 10's was for cover from the pit bosses, and sometimes if I felt my heat was too high I wouldn't take insurance when it was profitable.

Argh! 😮 Like my fathermöller, he has no idea what he's doing, he barely does any cooking himself, the most advanced thing he can do is maybe like fry some precoated and -cooked schnitzels in the pan for two mins or whatever. Since my late mum passed away he's also gotten superslim, guess what, because he doesn't cook, he doesn't know anything about it.
Nevertheless when I am around and do some cooking, he constantly feels the need to correct me and tell me how it's done. He is also very convinced that he is right and I am wrong. Like, I spent much of my life with science, I passed advanced courses in chemistry and thermodynamics and whatnot. He doesn't even know how to spell thermodynamics 😉
