Biggest loser in online poker history wants to grind $16k
I start this with some pictures:
nl2 -$8792.18 -82 buy ins below EV

nl5 (notice that pt4 shows party poker nl5 as nl4) -$5943.81

nl10 -$773.92 -15 buy ins below EV

Total loss -$15509.91

This is me playing nl2, nl5 and nl10 on party poker for one year.
My history begins somewhere in same period when they started to show WSOP shows in television. I think I have played 12-13 years nows mainly NL2, some amount of NL5 and little bit of NL10 what is the biggest stake i've ever played.
I've read all Sklansky, all Harrington, all Miller, watched huge amount of videos, bought trackers and calculators.
Still after those years and after that all I've lost huge amount of money on those stakes. I try to play my best but losing to huge suckouts like 95/5 favorite makes me really upset.
I've lost literally all my money including all my life savings to online poker. I want to try one last time to win those money back and little bit of extra. That's why $16k. What I need is support and guiding.
I had thread on micro forum but they deleted it just when people start to understand that this is real situation and not fake.
And if you wonder where that biggest loser comes from it was said by guy who has been playing for living many years. He said I'm the biggest loser in history counted as lost buy ins.
Achmed was out soon and not seen like many years. He was donkey who were there just to play against me. Many have tried to play me out but I always show them who is who. Old saying is truth and will be always. When driving fast, **** is going down from trails.
And by this you're obviously talking about longevity at these stakes right? As in, they 'quit' or rather moved up in stakes or found something better to do while you stay at micro cash which means you 'won' because in your words, verbatim, you're "STILL HERE!!"
Am I understand that correctly - that no matter how much you lose, you still think you're getting the better of people because you've put in more volume than them?
Because I find it hard to believe that there could possibly be more than 2 or 3 players in your database, if the number is even that high, that you have won money from overall. Feel free to prove me wrong on that though.
Can you filter a big sample of all your all-in pre-flop hands, and then also add the filter "where all-in win% is 78-83%". Then check what your won $ at showdown % is. Something like 78-81% should be normal. You make it sound like you lose most of your 80/20 hands, so let's look at the data. Would be the easiest way to check if you're actually losing to more suckouts than everyone else. So if you want to prove something, show us the data. Put in similar filters like in the following picture, and
Those are not preflop all ins. Those are preflop, flop and turn all in. And there is not those filters on poker tracker.
Hey Paisting, I asked ChatGPT to tell me how to do what ShipNickle is asking. Here is how to do it on PokerTracker
In PokerTracker 4, you can filter your database for specific hand scenarios and analyze them using the hand history. Here's how you can filter for "all-in" pre-flop hands with a "win percentage" between 78-83% and then check the "won at showdown" percentage:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open PokerTracker 4:
Launch PokerTracker 4 on your computer.
Go to the "Reports" Tab:
Click on the Reports tab in the top menu.
Create a New Report Filter:
In the Reports window, select the Filters button (located on the left-hand side, usually in the top bar).
Filter for "All-In" Pre-Flop:
In the filter section, create a custom filter for All-In pre-flop hands.
Under Preflop Action, select All-in as a filter condition.
Set the filter type to include any/all hands where you went all-in pre-flop.
Filter for Win Percentage Between 78% and 83%:
Next, add a filter to focus on hands with a win percentage between 78% and 83%.
You can use the Hand Strength or Win Percentage filter, depending on the specific version of PokerTracker you have.
Set the filter range for Win% to be between 78% and 83%.
Apply the Filters:
Once you've set up these two filters, click the Apply button to activate them.
Check "Won $ at Showdown" %:
To see your "won at showdown %" for the filtered sample:
In the Reports section, look for the Showdown tab, or filter for Showdown Winnings.
Find the % Won at Showdown statistic, which shows how often you win the hand at showdown after going all-in pre-flop.
Alternatively, this might be shown as part of the main report, depending on how you have it configured.
Analyze Your Results:
Once all filters are applied, you can now see the data for your win percentage, all-in hands pre-flop, and the % won at showdown.
PokerTracker 4 will present this in a detailed report or chart format.
Those are not preflop all ins. Those are preflop, flop and turn all in. And there is not those filters on poker tracker.
Okay, I think poker tracker has the same filters but they go by other names. What would you estimate for your 80% equity all-ins? How many out of 100 of them are you winning on average?
Edit: thanks ejames209. Do that paisting
Didin't work. There is no those options that says. Tried to make from start just like you wrote.
In poker tracker you need to enter this type of filter manually.
Go to My Reports and create a new hand report. Then click filters > add new expression filters, and copy the following line: #All-In Equity#>80 and #All-In Equity#<99
Click Save&OK. Change "Most recent 100 hands" to "Max hands" from the top right.
Now tell us what is your total "my currency won" and "my currency all-in equity adjusted" from these filtered hands?
Your narrative is how many more hands you lose with good equity than you’re supposed to and after 20 years it turns out you don’t even know how to factcheck it?

Don't bother, he'll ignore it.
That bad luck could be overcome if you actually knew how to play winning poker. Do you think every winning poker player is just running massively above ev? No.
You can have a winning graph while running under ev. How do you think that happens?
You can also have a positive EV number BTW
How the hell you overcome losing 80 dollars to suckouts on weekend? How much you think is possible to make with other hands to overcome this absolute insane RNG ****ing in my face?

Eastyyy grinded $1000 from the same tables that you play on, and he had a session like this:

Perhaps now you could stop complaining about normal variance.
You misplayed all 11 of those hands.
Don't talk poker. It's 80 dollars. It massive run over by me. Put glasses on and look those equity numbers. Also show me 1 player who can make those whales makes those calls like I do. You can't because those idiots raise too small. They never ever get to those dominating spots because they play theirs hands ****ed up from the beginning.

Is $80 a lot of money to you?
You're freerolling with welfare money anyway.
Show us a positive EV line and maybe we will listen to your sob stories.

You might be right that you get calls that other players don't but that's mostly because you constantly go on runs where you shove J6 and other random **** over and over and conveniently never show those hands here.
The hands you complain about aren't even beats, you just can't handle poker.
One hour of PLO and you'd have to be institutionalized.
Basically all you're saying here is "Show me a player with a worse table image than mine" and there really isn't one since you've spent the last 2 decades doing ****-all besides open ripping any 2 for hundreds of hands in a row whenever you encounter the slightest inconvenience during your "grind".
how you guys can play sucvh low stakes is insane to me. there nothing but darkness there
