You should probably do a bank roll management strategy which is high variance and aggressive. Do the maths and figure out how to do like 15-20bi tournaments, but move down reasonably and don't go AllIn all the time

I think Q9 off is a fold pre. It definitely isn't a call on the flop. Id fold flop but raising would be better than calling.
While your busto or close to it you should spend a little time studying the game if you are hoping to actually make money outta this long term.

You might as well just buyin to the biggest tourney available if you are going to punt off everything when you lose your big buyin.
If you have 300, buy into a 300 tourney. It makes more sense than buying into 300 worth of tournies and punting off $200 when you're mad because you busted a $109

Nah its a call pre but not on the flop waa 15ishbb deep, for sure solver proof pre but post was loose.

It seems like your skill, approach to the game, and tilt control are all very low. Have you considered betting sports instead of poker? You'll likely lose money slower and have longer sweats.

The best players have in common that they are on they A or atleast B game for the longest periods of time.
Meanwhile I swing from A to Z in 15 minutes because something tilts me.
