Ignition/Bodog Poker Card Catcher HUD
This will be the support thread for the bovada poker card catcher HUD.
I have had a problem for days.
When I open tables sometimes the hud is not shown but the hands are saved in the poker tracker 4.
On other occasions the hud of the players are shown on the tables but they are mixed up.

Please fix this, you haven't updated the software in a long time.
When it happens I have to close the bodog lobby and open it again, this makes me lose tables with fish, it is very annoying.

There's no issues w/ the catcher though. We update any time there's a new ignition update, and fix any reported issues. The issue you're experiencing can happen when you have more than one table in the loading phase at the same time. As per the instructions, you need to open one table, once it's loaded, load the next table. If you do this, you won't have a problem.
If you're 100% sure you're doing this, and still having some kind of problem, then please click on settings in the catcher, click create log and send the .zip file to support.
I can tell you though that every log that's been sent describing this is because of the issue I described above. But of course, if there's a problem, the dev team will address it.

Well I have the same exact issue sometimes and is very frustrating. Sometimes happens when Bodog connection lost for a seconds ( and then back at the same tables) and I load one table at a time, wait to the table show at Catcher and then open another table. And sometimes happens without any Bodog disconnect too ( I see when this happens the Catcher seems bugged because for example I close a table, and that table dissapear at the Catcher, but then open another table and dont show in the Catcher) The solution is to close bodog and reopen

Yes, I'm aware you reported this. The problem like was originally said is that if you have DC's, there's nothing we can do about that. It's going to cause this issue if you have an unstable connection because Bovada sends an encryption key when the client is first started. If you DC, that key is lost and eventually a new one is sent, and you have to wait until it's sent to continue to capture new hands. There's no way around that other than making sure you have a stable connection.
Again, you can send a log and I can have the dev team verify if the issue is related to DC's or two tables being open at once or not.
Do you still keep the HUD data you have on the players when you bust then you rebuy?

Thanks the workaround for the latest HN2 version. It worked.
Turn off room compatibility auto update in H2n settings, then close Hn2 and delete the H2n ignition "exe" and "dll" files from folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\integration\ the card catcher should work again.
