If you have your catcher open during a site update, you should always reboot after, so you can clear your system cache and reset the catching process.

Is the license locked to the 2 device i registered the serial key? Can I move the license to another PC?

Yes, you can reset one of your activations and move your license. Login to your account and you can do this or you can contact support.

Thanks, I thought the license was locked on PC it was registered. I was planing to buy a new laptop and was just making sure i can move the license.

Yes, you just won't have a HUD.

Turn off room compatibility auto update in H2n settings, then close Hn2 and delete the H2n ignition "exe" and "dll" files from folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\integration\ the card catcher should work again.

support told me that dev team has not yet tested it yet so use at your own risk.

Yeah. also, we found out that you dont need to delete the files, you just have to turn off compatibility then close and reopen h2n.
