Anyone else having a problem getting their hud to work?

It works for me... Have you tired reinstalling ignition or re-setup the card catcher for your database?

If you're having and issue, please contact support or explain in more detail what your setup is here. What database you're using, etc...

Catcher works pretty straight forward. As long as you have your database site settings, pointed to the catcher hand history directory, then it will work.

Basically every session Ignition disconnects and after that ICC struggles to recognize the tables open. It's the Ignition software at fault and there's probably not much on your end you can do about it but thought I'd bring it up regardless.

Ya, if you're getting a lot of DC's, there's nothing we can do about that. If you have the opportunity to get a hardwired connection, that's always going to be more stable than WiFi. If you have some different Hz options for Wifi, try a few of those. ICC has to wait until Ignition sends the token for the session again before it can start recording hands after a DC.

Not sure if it will work for you but have you tried using your phone's internet by tethering? For some reason i get less disconnect using it.

Also, I suggest downloading the hands from ignition to get the hands you missed.

That will generally create more potential for lags.

yeah, I agree that its not for all, but for some reason i have better connection latency on my phone's internet than my wifi lol

Ok... 😀 That's pretty rare.

Just curious, Is there a way for me and friend check if we ever played on the same table before? we both use card catcher.

When I close a table and I resit to the same table has the token changed? I mean, does ICC infer that is the same table?

I haven't thought of that, I'm curious if its considered a new table or it gets track as the same table. Not sure how to check though,

by Heavy Mask k

Yes, it's changed on any DC that happens, even if you enter the same table.

by FreakDaddy k

so, its considered as a new table. Ty for the info.

But if you look into ignition hh reviewer table# is the same, aren't you able to retrieve that number?

That's not the issue, the issue is the key token is different when you exit and re-enter.

Ok but I'd like to know whether table# is gather correctly. From the HH viewer the name is clearly visible so I'd like to know whether the converter use it or conjure a random table #

It's pulling from the data that is provided from ignition. There's table header data that's sent in the HH, and that's what the catcher uses.
