I think im having a problem with my ignition card catcher. When you register you have to set it up as "Ipoker". So I did that, but I also kept the same file location in my ignition site configuration as well. I did this because i also like to download the hands 24h after. What i did after was bc sometimes some hands are missed i merged both the ipoker and bovada sections , but the problem is there are a lot of duplicate hands that are not registering as duplicates but as two individual hands. It ends up evening out i guess, but the numbers just arent making sense. Need some support on this. WHen i download the hands 24h after 0 of the hands come up as duplicates, where as most of them should. How do i fix this?
please add a option to start up the program with windows i try to do it manually and dont work

Card catcher won't miss any hands. How you import hands after capture and download, depends a lot on the database you're using and what format they import hands into. Honestly, probably easiest to contact support and explain the situation and they can help you figure out the best method. But essentially if your database imports the hands as ignition or pokerstars, and you caught them as ipoker, they won't merge.

Starting it at startup won't change this situation. Either your firewall is blocking it from running, or your virus scanner deleted necessary files. I'd recommend temp turning those off, and then re-installing the catcher.
