If you are using one of the newer MacBook, other than parallels, is there another way to run ICC?

You can try VM or UTM and see if that works for you.
best choice is still parallels though.

Yeah, that would be the best choice if he was using an older Mac that use intel chips.

So it's not on newer systems anymore?

Yeah, it's gone on Mac that use M chips, so the best choice for newer model is to go with parallels.

I'm having a problem with my Ignition Card Catcher and PT4.

The Card Catcher forces my hands to use the iPoker room settings in PT4. Since I play on iPoker (and Stars/888 are also taken), this causes a conflict: correcting positions for Ignition breaks iPoker, and vice-versa. (I tried using the native PT4 Ignition setting, but it doesn't work with the Card Catcher).

I remember using the 888 setting years ago, but I can't use it now. Does anyone know if the Card Catcher can be configured to emulate a different, unused room (like Winamax or PartyPoker) instead of iPoker?

You can also use the ignition site setting in pt4 for card catcher. It will work, you need to turn off the PT4 paid ignition option setting they have. You may have to kill it in their processes. But ya, ipoker is used as default as to not make this too confusing.

Hi, I have 400k hands converted to work with PokerTracker 4. I tried importing them into Hand2Note, but it doesn’t accept the format. Is there any way to convert them so they work? I’d really like to do MDA.

The PT4 format is different than other formats, and combined w/ the fact h2n doesn't follow most hand formats, I'm not surprised. It's likely the header or something needs to be changed, but I'd just email them w/ what you're trying to import and let them tell you what needs to be changed. You may be able to do just do a search and replace if it's just the header they don't like.

I already contacted them and they told me to ask you if you know of any converter from Tracker to Hand2Note. I’ve already tried importing hands by downloading them from Bodog, but that didn’t work either. In the end, they offered me a refund, but honestly it’s a shame that importing isn’t possible. My English isn’t very good—could you contact them yourself to see if a solution can be found, please?
