Ever since 16.9 update my card catcher doesnt pick up any hands. any suggestions?

Reinstall the poker client and make sure you are using the latest card catcher.

PT4 + ICC user here. Sometimes the HUD will just fail to load on a table. It's been an issue for years and I have sent logs in the past. Was wondering if anyone has any solutions?

I sometimes have success doing this:
1.) Close the table
2.) Hit 'Stop getting hands' in PT4
3.) Hit 'Start getting hands' in PT4
4.) Re-open the table

It doesn't work all the time though.

Also sometimes closing and reopening the client can work but that's not really viable when multi-tabling.

Have you tried getting in touch with support again to see what happened?

Ya, I've honestly never heard of this. Can you send logs again? I'll look up your ticket. The only time I've seen it not load, is if your PT4 license doesn't support the table you're on. Otherwise, it works pretty seemless.

Did you make sure that you were opening the table one at a time?
usually, the only time i get any issue with the HUD is if two or more tables are opened at the same time.

The card catcher is working great. I just have question for zone games. Since I don't have a HUD for this games, can I close my database and only have the card catcher open? Will it still track my hands? I'm trying to save some ram for other stuff.

Yes, that will work. I've done that before when i was using the card catcher.

Just reminder, double check that the ignition table shows in your card catcher to make sure its tracking your table.

Can I install the card catcher on another drive?

1 license is good for activation on up to 2 systems.

I meant another drive(D~F) other than the main drive(C) at install.
