I don't think she's right to say that either way, but I feel the spirit of what she meant was deprogram 'Jan 6th criminals with zip ties that beat police', not all voters for Trump. Sure moderate emotionally detached analyst of reality, "formal deprogramming" is a typical expression used frequently that doesn't, in any way or form, entail any idea of violent entrapment against the will of the "deprogrammed".
