In other news
In the current news climate we see that some figures and events tend to dominate the front-pages heavily. Still, there are important, interesting or just plain weird things happening out there and a group of people can find these better than one.
I thought I would test with a thread for linking general news articles about "other news" and discussion. Perhaps it goes into the abyss that is page 2 and beyond, but it is worth a try.
Some guidelines:
- Try to find the "clean link", so that links to the news site directly and not a social media site. Avoid "amp-links" (google).
- Write some cliff notes on what it is about, especially if it is a video.
- It's not an excuse to make outlandish claims via proxy or link extremist content.
- If it's an editorial or opinion piece, it is polite to mark it as such.
- Note the language if it is not in English.
- There is no demand that such things be posted here, if you think a piece merits its own thread, then make one.
What evidence? A helicopter flew into an airplane that was landing at an airport. How is that anything besides pilot error? (yes, the controller should of prevented the accident but the helicopter pilot was clearly the one at fault).

Yes what evidence. There was no evidence at that time at all.
Your hurr durr zero education "what else could it be" you might be shocked to find out is not evidence.
The accident in itself was evidence that the helicopter failed to see and avoid an airplane who was cleared to land.
Were you waiting for evidence that an invisible alien space ship came down to push the helicopter into the plane?
Spoiler

I guess I didn't realize blanket "women" was included under the DEI umbrella
So according to Republicans, the only non-DEI hires are white males? I think under Lucioms Official Racial Hierarchy ™ Asians are probably not DEI unless being hired as a firefighter or something
The box is actually orange.
Trump will be signing an EO changing the name of it to "Orange Man's Box".
Let’s say it’s dei fault , a woman fault etc …
So giving everything to the private sector and firing max government employees with reducing regulation will make America better and safer right ?
The problem is we're on the road to a bankruptcy, the current situation isn't sustainable.
Better die right ?
Point is , many pretending privatized do not create problems is a lie …
Ps: the U.S. can’t go bankrupt , they just print the money -> 2008 .
Or just raises taxes lol …..nah let people die like the healthcare $h!t$how….
Of course .
But that problem been created for decades and it ain’t by cutting those employees today , u will solve it .
But hey , I’m sure those tax cuts coming will help tho right o0….
But in the end , afraid USA will become bankrupt in a near future is nonsense .
The problem is we're on the road to a bankruptcy, the current situation isn't sustainable.
We really aren't, though.
The US isn’t Billy Bob with a maxed out Macy's card - it literally owns the printing press for the world’s reserve currency. The government chooses to run deficits because it's economically strategic in the same way you wouldn't make sense to pay off your mortgage debt when you can use that money in more effective ways. Technically, we are just getting further away from bankruptcy.
The real reason people freak out about the debt is for political expediency. We have always been on the cusp of total collapse right when this conversation started decades ago, by design, but not actually in practice.
Damn trump's already up to 5 plane crashes? That was quick.
