What is your thesis, that the videos I post are AI? Whatever you think of the source, the videos generally speak for themselves. You dont get to hand waive them away just because you dont like the source.

Does Israel even have the death penalty? What do you think a prosecutor should charge and sentence someone who directly participated in the 10/7 massacre with?
What do you think countries that you support like Iran, Russia, Yemen and China would charge and sentence with in this spot?

So that they can cry worldwide and hack western empathy, which they succeeded at doing which is why they have found allies among us.
They need to sacrifice civilians to keep the donations coming , that's their business model, we have been trying to explain that to you for a while.
Hamas causes the deaths of palestinian civilians because it works for Hamas interest, which isn't "resistance", it's to get paid to exist by gullible (or evil) people
If that's the only way to kill the actual terrorists, which Hamas makes sure it is, no Israel shouldn't stop.
You want a win-win situation for Hamas.
Either israel stops bombing hospitals and schools used by Hamas, and so Hamas can have safe headquarters from which to plan other acts of terrors, or they bomb them and you want international courts to jail them and to use those bombings to justify stopping helping Israel from the west.
Nice try, and it works to convince gullible or evil leftists, but it doesn't work with us. Every civilian who dies in Gaza and the West Bank, every single one of them, dies exclusively because of Hamas (and associates) choices. Not a single death can be blamed on Israel. Hamas should unconditionally surrended togheter with all other "resistance groups" and only then, if civilians keep dying (which they wouldn't), Israel could be blamed.
As long as the "resistance" exists there is no limit to what Israel is justified to do to weaken the terrorists, and every collateral damage caused by that is caused by the existence of the terrorists ("the resistance") and nothing else.

They only had it as an exception for Nazi war criminals and I'm not sure if any of them are left, certainly none of the big fish anyway.
I think it would be counter productive to give Hamas members the death penalty, as it would only make more Martyrs for them to exploit.

I saw the Arnaud tweet. I did not click on it to investigate his account. You can either stop lying or learn to read better bc this has been explained to you in excruciating detail.

Israel claims that they have killed about 20,000 hamas and the ratio of soldier death to civilian death is roughly 1:1
Hamas claims .. nothing. They will not acknowledge any soldier deaths and report civilian and soldier death as one number, so uneducated people can shout out 46,000 civilians murdered by the idf! Genocide!!
I sonetimes wish Israel cared about the propoganda game as much as Hamas. I asked a speaker from Israel about this recently at a talk. His answer was that Israel knows there will be bias against them no matter what, and if their goal is permanent safety they must eradicate hamas at all costs.
Now that Hezbollah is weakened, Assad is gone ... hopefully the next phase of the Abraham Accords brings everlasting peace to the region
