Sad to see some pro Netanyahu people use far left cancel culture tactics against their critics. No one buys it…. we can look at the comments section of outlets that are traditionally pro Israel. Well Iran and its Allies in Lebanon have proven to be very weak. They are getting crushed by the IDF not only in the holy land but also in Iran. The leadership of Hezbollah and the Irgc have largely been clipped by the mossad and IDF operatives. That also leads reasonable people

Israel has said it is prepared to establish humanitarian corridors to allow the transport of aid via UN convoys into Gaza.
In a statement on Saturday, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said it would also allow the air drop of humanitarian aid to Gaza to resume.

I am guessing what will happen is that Hamas will attack a convoy, possibly in collusion with sympathizers in the UN. Hamas, UN and Western media will collude to blame it on Israel; and the UN will refuse to deliver any future aid under these conditions.
At this point, the UN has made it very clear its priorities are keeping Hamas in power at all costs, much more than helping the Palestinian people.

And yet the enclave they control is at peace*. While the rest of Gaza under Hamas control is at war, because Hamas puts its own priorities ahead of the people. And much of the rest of the world is running cover for them for various reason.
*Obviously they are just at peace for now, and if/when the world helps Hamas re-exert control there will be a large blood price to pay.

The Lebanon campaign probably had a similar rate of civilian death as Gaza, over a much shorter timespan. Iran was probably easier to be clean, because the IRGC is so disliked and has so many internal enemies Israel is able to get much better intelligence, so can operate with more precision.

There are some religious supremacists, and they have their uses. But the majority of the people really do just want peace; but the Israeli right has determined the only way to achieve peace is through power and extreme violence towards your enemies that will never make peace. And after October 7th the people have been willing to follow them.

Right now, many Jews around the world are infuriated with Netanyahu . If you recall the pro-Palestinian protests in America many are led by Jews. People could adamantly support Zionism and Israel while simultaneously criticizing the Netanyahu administration. Plenty of times in history countries have had dark chapters and poor political and military leadership. That’s just what Israel is going through right now. The only question is who will criticize it because history will certainly criticize it.
The thing about October 7 is many Israeli people, including soldiers are questioning how it could’ve possibly occurred in the first place. Some believe that the government allowed it to happen. I even had an Israeli soldier to tell me he thinks “the cameras were turned off”. So there’s that. No doubt we could all agree It’s the most monitored area in the world effectively. Plus the Hannibal directive so we don’t know how many Israeli civilians were accidentally killed by IDF soldiers who responded to the incident. Of course Hamas is inclusive of very violent and vicious people. There’s no excuse for their behavior of killing innocent people.
Again though all of the military power lay with Israel. This is not a war. It’s a bloodbath. OK a war is occurring in Ukraine. I did not say that most of these Israeli people are religious supremacist. But it is true that many of the supremacists are in power there. we simply have to look at what some of the Jewish supremacist in Israel say about how “God promised them all of Israel and it should be all theirs.” One Israeli leader was interviewed on Piers Morgan saying that Palestinian should just be able to go to different countries and Gaza should be populated with Jewish settlers . That type of sentiment is certainly echoed by plenty of Israeli right political figures. They regurgitate popular propaganda lines like they are the “only free country in the Middle East”, except as it has been shown the press freedom is now severely curtailed in Israel. And they also claim they are “surrounded by enemies” when in fact, they have been supplied intelligence by Saudi Arabia against Iran.
What I said and what I will say again is there are religious supremacist in both Israel and Gaza. …. in my opinion most people in Gaza and Israel are good regular every day people. Maybe you missed that I don’t know, but that is what I said, and what I believe … it’s also true regardless of what anybody thinks about the conflict that Israel holds all of the cards they have a monopoly on the military power. The people of Gaza has no legitimate military. There is nobody coming to their rescue. There are no countries attacking Tel Aviv certainly not the “Hamas” military, which is one of the weakest in the world.

And in the past few days we have seen the many starving children and babies in Gaza due to the Israel blockade . We also have American military personnel some who have been on the ground in Gaza at food distribution points who have seen Israeli soldiers commit war crimes. So that’s not from Hamas, not from some radical left-wing anti-Israel person, not from some antisemite. This is a big problem for Israel and the optics of the situation.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has just issued a statement, saying that "a local tactical pause in military activity will take place for humanitarian purposes from 10:00 to 20:00 (07:00-17:00 GMT), starting today (Sunday)" in the Gaza Strip.
It says "the pause will begin in the areas where the IDF is not operating: al-Mawasi, Deir al-Balah, and Gaza City, every day until further notice.
"This decision was co-ordinated with the UN and international organisations following discussions regarding the matter.
