Why should any of this nonsense matter?

Because the aggressive American settlers in the West Bank want to claim they're indigenous, which they aren't, and they want to claim that the Arabs they're busy dispossessing and on occasion murdering are not indigenous, which they in fact are.

Quite but I asked why it should matter, not why it does matter.

Only a complete fukkwit claims rights based on something about ancestors from hundreds of years ago. Blood and soil is never not a very dodgy idea.

--I dont think it can be understated how desolate and empty "Palestine" was when Zionists first started immigrating in the 19th century. They pretty much brought Western technology and capital and built much of the country from scratch, which facilitated large Jewish and Arab migration to the region.

In 1850 it was estimated less than 400,000 people lived in the entire region (mostly Arab). Gaza alone has 5x as many people today.

This probably describes over 75% of the people in the world, most of whom you would never directly say anything bad about because they share your anti Western civilization biases.

you cant be this dumb.

Bill Haywood was the one who brought up Jesus being a “Palestinian Jew”. The same poster who introduced the term “Torah Jew”.

I really doubt this is a real life issue that they are discussing with anyone in person. These are Reddit, Twitter and TikTok talking points that don’t actually exist outside of the internet.

say the line Bart...

Khamenei planning to flee to Russia if he can’t squash the ongoing protests.

2,500 buildings have been destroyed since the "cease fire."

So the IRGC has probably already killed as many civilians in Iran in 2 weeks as have died in Gaza over the last 2 years, and except for one milquetoast tweet from AOC the entire pro Palestine crowd has been completely silent and indifferent, is not outright supportive of the IRGC.

Just goes to show Palestinianism (and progressivism itself) as a cause was always about third worldism and anti Americanism, and never about any first principle concern for human rights or anti authoritarianism.

ya probably not

is that bad? they were probably rubble this needs context this could easily be them cleaning up gaza . I read it as they were clearing out destroyed gaza buildings but you probably ment something else

I doubt its more total but its exponentially more per day I think I saw like 2 iran posts in this forum and they were mine and yours and its easily the international story of the year

lol no

I do like how every Gaza casualty needed to be meticulously documented to be counted and accepted by the UN while the Zionists and the media still claims they are lying. but in Iran, they show a few body bags in the morgue and the West is like "yep probably around 10k dead."

I'm unaware of anyone here who supports the Iran regime.

If you need statements of the obvious. I'm very much opposed to the Iran regime.

We aren’t even past mid january dude.

American taxpayers don't pay for the Iran oppression. We do pay for the Gaza genocide. It's natural we would focus more on what we do.

we definitely pay to oppress Iranian people.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internatio...

sanctions have killed far more people than their government has.

meh its an argument to care a little bit more about it but not the amount that actually happens. Also you literal bombed them like 6 months ago and their people are begging for your help. The real reason Iran is ignored is because its the best (probably only) good part about trumps foreign policy

victor? Him and many others were very mad when their ability to make nuclear weapons was delayed. Not sure how anyone could be against that but I saw many

I wouldn't confuse being against what tump or nenantaya does with being n any way pro Irans regime.

thats incoherent. Trump and Netanyahu (and Bernie Sanders, AOC, Mamdani) want to topple the sovereign Iranian government and install a Western backed puppet so they can plunder the resources. if you want to oppose that scenario, then you necessarily back the Iranian govt.

Looks like the Iranian regime might fall.

What’s the logical contradiction between not supporting Netanyahu/Trump and not supporting the current Iranian government?
