That’s just the majority of the issue. It’s not whether the moderation is reasonable and fair, it’s just that you (and several others) don’t want to be moderated whatsoever and seem to have found yourselves inexplicably in a moderated space somehow. Maybe you’re the ones who should leave?

Getting people to identify with their views at their worst is staggeringly stupid politics.
Many people are already identified past the critical point. If people like you don’t like it, then you will have to figure out how to convince them.
Forcing people to self censor as the sole strategy is fine for children, for whom the social self is primary.
It must not be relied upon as the sole strategy for adults. It will too often have a backlash leading to even more anti sociality.

I stopped discussing race as much as i could in this forum because of the utter bad faith of the moderation on that topic.
But recently when a guy uses obesity rates by state to claim given republican led states have more obese people that proves they are worse at governance, i just answered claiming republican led states with high obesity almost always have more blacks and natives (which is the case, objectively) and THAT is why their obesity rates are higher, it has nothing to do with state policy (also because it's kind dumb to think state policy affects obesity at all to begin with).
That was considered super racist and a mod intervened to tell me to stop to talk about that in the trump thread.
It's truly grotesque, there is an obsession to deny factual measurable race differences even in outcomes at this point, even with no mention of possible causes, other than to deny that's caused by state policy (because race differences in obesity rates exist both in democrat led and republican led states: it's just that some republican led states have many blacks).

I agree that a sole strategy should not be relied upon. It is tiny compared to other statagies such as for example, the law.

freakdaddy do you understand that you could run a top 10 of the states with the highest percentage of white or asian residents in and it would be almost identical to every top10 positive list you just posted?
and the states with the highest black / natives percentages of the population are almost identical to the negative top 10 lists you made? except blacks /natives in republican states don't usually vote republican?
is that element clear to you?
do you understand race is the determinant for basically everything that matters when comparing areas of the USA, much more than everything else combined? and that the same is true within all states?
like you pick the safest highest income happiest areas and the opposite, and it's virtually always whites and Asians vs blacks and natives, within each state?
You picked state obesity rate because of the fact that black people have a higher obesity rate than average. While this is a true statistic I proved to you statistically that you were wrong

The good news is you are generally fairly modable. You don't start harassing mods because you don't like what they say though you might pout and whine about it a bit, you keep it mostly objective. You also drive a ton of conversation here while doing it mostly within the lines.
