there are 14 spokes on the DOGE logo (the same icon used by the Nazi state labor party)
"X" is 88 in ASCII

I've come around... it was a 'heil'.

Numbers, man. Numbers.

Count the flags:

meanwhile the FEC and the USPS are being centralized by the guy "joking" about being the king and floating the prospect of an unconstitutional third term

anyone got betting odds on there not being an election in 2028?

In order for a federal election to be postponed, Congress would have to enact an amendment to the 1845 federal law and the president would have to sign it. The chances of that occurring are very slim since the House of Representatives is controlled by Democrats, the Senate by the Republicans and the Executive Branch also by a Republican. Even if Congress and the president agreed on postponing an election, a judicial challenge would be likely.

Can we really afford to hold elections at a time like this? With deadly enemies both foreign and domestic?

Btw it is an affront to democracy that the dictator Zelensky won't hold elections.

Meh about a 3rd term. Much easier to just appoint Don Jr. as his successor.

Poland really should not have started that war with Germany.

New Pope finna drop soon - they went from a guy who was literally in the Hilter Youth to a Jesuit Communist, fascinated to see who they come up with at this nexus point in Catholic (and catholic) disintegration.

Of course, the Vatican Right Wing will inevitably contest the election. Stop the smoke!

Francis was amazing. Gave up his gold throne, gave up his palace, constantly advocated for the poor, AND preached to animals. Truly one of a kind.

crazy how Jesus was such a righteous dude, but Christianity has been the tool of such evil

All we have to go on are some highly sus accounts. Matthew was trying to prove Jesus was somehow the Messiah Emmanuel, which is where you get all the mythology of the Magi and whatnot. Luke iirc was popularizing Mark's stuff for the gentiles (and I think he was a physician?) And John was tripping on mescaline naked among the mosses and leaves raving and tying the whole thing in to a neoplatonist logos mysticism.

Like Marx

I've never even heard of Marxianity.

Like Marx

pwns, iirc you were raised Catholic. You ever go the Mass these days?

by pwnsall k

Like Marx

Wait, Karl or Richard?

I thought Augustine was the neoplatonist

iirc he's the reason for some of the worst aspects of christianity (as an intellectual doctrine), notably anti-materialism and justified persecution of non-believers, but it's been a long time since I've paid real attention to that history

jesus, he was just way cool

Such BS

Marx wasn't the first communist, but he may have been the first accelerationist.

Idk man, I just throw words together as they occur to me. Platonism is definitely in there somewhere.

What comes to mind right now is the story that Augustine was the only person anyone had seen in antiquity who could read silently without moving his lips. Like it was a magic trick.

anyone who can convince literate people to commit violence in Jesus' name is a true magician

St. Francis confirmed GOAT

Technically yes, but only for big events. Like Trump's election etc.
