caffiene gets me so high! it feels pretty great, and i've grown to like the taste of coffee. but the downside is I can't sleep for 1-4 nights, and have crippling anxiety for a 1-3 days.

in other news, i've been trying to cold plunge in the creek by my house in the Santa Monica mountains. i've only been able to get up to my waste because it's too cold. the pain is excruciating. but i've always gone early in the morning. yesterday I went just before sunset and the creek was waaaaaay warmer, like barely cold enough to even cold plunge! so I did it! woo hoo!

but even going just up to my waste, really helped my legs. I highly recommend cold plunging to anyone who is considering it. it's like life changing good. biggest change for me when I was able to do it was mental health

my electricity bill was 200, and I was trying to save. in my tiny apartment in LA it was 50, and I never tried to save

also my trash bill is 63, and I barely make any trash at all. if they came once a month, I still probably wouldn't fill the garbage, recycling, or whatever the other one is, like plants and branches and stuff? I don't even know. i've never thrown anything in that one

huge variance in lightbulb changing. I think when the recessed lighting light bulbs wear out, I just won't replace them. I can't!
