TOR & MTL agreed to a Knies trade before the deadline. It did not get done because of "complications". Would have been Zharkovsky, another prospect + two 1st rounders for Knies.
hughes supposedly ripped treliving on the call over ****ing this up, but tbh it seems like he saved you from making a horrible trade; knies was one of the worst laffs this season
My laff friends seem indifferent about this trade. Personally I'm happy to still have the pieces to land a bigger fish than Matthew Knies

I don't think there's a right or wrong answer for most of this stuff. People just want to see how these kids react to adversarial, awkward, or different situations.
