That was my reservation before posting it. I think he'd make a good, possibly great, manager for a five year rebuild and has a ton of good Euro experience but... who would go to ManU right now unless it's for a huge payoff after a year or two? He doesn't seem to be at that stage of his career yet.

I for one am shocked that when city are reffed by guys not from manchester or who get paid to ref games in abu dhabi that they do not simply get all the decisions their way like they do in the PL.

Incredible how much better the CL reffing is (except for handballs, i actually think the PL does a good job with handballs).
