Speaking of which, even though there are a few too many 'mats haters in the pen, Tim was remixed recently. Ed Stasium mix is how it should have sounded all along. ****ing wasted 35 years of my life listening to the **** original.

Confirmed those shoegazey bands are not on iPod / heard of (a little ironic since the last iPod upload featured 3 songs from kinda shoegazey Alvvays). But overall I've been trending towards mopier / sparser stuff lately.

Just witnessed a fun “is poker a game for gentlemen?” dilemma:

$1-$2 game. Two short-stacks who are down big say they are gonna bet $100 blind preflop and check it down. They ask if anyone else wants to do it. I agree. But on the next hand, UTG—who didn’t agree—limps in for $2. Me and the other two guys say “that’s not right, we need the rest of the table to agree to let us do it” so it plays as a normal hand. UTG apologized and says he won’t interfere. Ok. So as the dealer starts shuffling me and the other two guys announce to the table “ok we are doing our blind $100 flip here everyone.”

Next hand, sure enough, first guy bets $100 without looking, I call $100 without looking, and the third guy goes all-in for $100 without looking. Everyone else has folded without looking.

But it gets to the SB and he is agonizing. “I wish I hadn’t looked!” Eventually reveals he has KK.

If that’s you, what are you doing?

If you're gonna do it at a public game where people have to post the blinds you can't really complain.

That said, if I had agreed to fold I wouldn't bother looking.

I'm not reading that the SB agreed to any flip, unless he skipped the BB somehow and was UTG in the previous hand?

Boygenius "Cool About It" has been on the radio nonstop in Colorado for the past 3 months but I haven't listened to the rest of the album. Seems like a competent riff on the hook from The Boxer to me.

I never interfere with any of the games the fun players are doing, so I would just fold blind as I said I would. And if for some stoopid reason I looked, I would lol and show my cards before folding to at least keep a good vibe going.

I also do not get Tay Tay but goddamn her fans are nutso. It’s the closest thing to The Beatles or Michael that I’ve ever seen (obviously The Beatles reactions are all old videos).
