Exclusive economic zones stretch much further but even this has 250-300km of Polish/Danish water between Russia and Germany. There is no conceivable definition by which Germany and Russia have any sort of territorial border.

The bank got paid back on the loan as agreed and many industry professionals agreed with Trumps assessment regarding the value of Mara Lago. This is not a free country if this can be done to a political opponent so I highly recommend you should take that test if you really think this was right for them to do to him.
