Gobbo other Thread got closed by the mod said it doesn't belong in the House of Blogs, hoping we can have this one without Trooper talk.
This thread is to discuss local professional poker players on their journey. Please refrain from mentioning the local youtube celebrity who plays poker.

This now stands for this thread:
Trooper97 vlogs, discussions etc. will be allowed to continue in the new thread. That thread will not be unchained and I will work with the other LVL mods to keep it civil.
I personally am not going to allow a lot of the horrible posting that went on in the original thread to take place and I will be very generous with post deletions and bans if needed.
Posts the are overly derogatory, mean spirited, name calling (including using rude derivatives of names) , and demeaning posts towards any of the vloggers or posters in the thread will be deleted at the mods discretion. If any accounts persistently do this they will be banned or exiled from posting in this thread. In these cases we may issue a warning first.
Accounts that are used only to or substantially to troll post in this thread will be banned.

Update April 2018
********************
OK Vlogger Thread, we are going with some new parameters to try to make this the POSITIVE vlogger thread that it is supposed to be, not the AIDS vlogger thread where a few loonies ruin it for the rest. Note that 'positive' does not equal 'only positive', it means anything negative being said CAN'T be namecalling or wild, unsubstantiated speculation regarding any and all vloggers. Personal lives and anything aside from poker is OFF THE TABLE.

A new update March 2019:
NO ****ING POLITICS!
That Ketchup and Mayo mix was the grossest thing I have seen on his videos since the last thing a few months ago.
I will have ketchup and mayo on various things like a hamburger but mixing them together for fries looks pretty gross. lol
You're obviously not from the middle of the country, where ketchup + mayo = fry sauce, and it's more popular than either one individually.
From Florida and have only seen it in videos, nobody I was every around did it.
I guarantee I put mayo on something that most will say is gross, but it's great.
Ok, here it is, Peanut butter and banana sandwich, toast the bread, Peanut butter on one half and mayo on the other half with 9 slices of banana in the middle is great.
That is how I learned it many years ago and always stuck with it. lol
agree that autism doesn't get worse with age
what changes are the surrounding environment
you are not allowed to make very many meaningful decisions about your diet, schedule, etc as a youth
but once you're an adult and on your own, without that artificial structure and forced socialization it gives people the opportunity to really lean into their latent autism more heavily
just like how there's very few genuinely fat people as youths - they get fat as adults when they have no outside structure forcing them to exercise and not eat a tub of sour cream straight from the container with a spoon
if you see a fat child, it's a 99.9% chance at least one of the parents are obese - it's bad parenting
The thing with the ketchup/mayo mix for his fries wasn't just for taste, it was to increase his caloric intake and hopefully fill him up since the fries were going to be the only meal of the day.
RP came back through on his monthly visit with another dose of white knighting and psychobabble and telling everyone what we're being mean to morons who are on YouTube seeking attention?
This ain't a safe space for that. It just isn't.
Since Rice does not appear to be wasting away, do you think he is posting vlogs that feature only french fries so his grandmother will send him money and, more likely, pay his CC bill?

it is a common thing in Utah, "fry sauce."
he's not the first person I've seen to mix it manually
apparently I should have reloaded before making my comment that has already been stated like 3 times

It is also the three main ingredients of Canes sauce:
Two parts mayonaise
1 part ketchup
pepper
Once again, the YouTube comments section exposes Diesel's true self.
When asked if he's talkative at the table or quiet...
"The focus of the channel isn't strategy or tells. But I'm often very social. Trivia, sports, tv, Vegas attractions." - Diesel
Ah yes. Nothing says a great fun table then quizzing people about random stuff. Also LOL as I'm often very social.
Hey Diesel. Being social is saying hi to new players. Asking where they're from, how long they're in Vegas for, what do they do for a l
If you want to get an idea, watch a couple Trooper Thursdays from a couple months ago. If you can handle more than a couple minutes of it, you got more stamina than I do.
Thankfully Diesel said this is his last attempt at these food restriction challenges before retiring from them because his brain always turns into swiss cheese in less than a day. This time he says he is getting onion rings, cuts to next scene and he is dousing fries in anything to add in some extra calories. Then he makes up the ridiculous story about not drinking a red Gatorade that he literally films himself holding. He might actually complete this challenge but get hit by a car aimlessly wandering the strip mumbling about how he has to switch poker rooms and how he is always getting coolered.
Are There TOO MANY SLOT MACHINES in Las Vegas?
Rice, the casino executive.
I am working on a project for MGM Grand.
Should I hire him as a consultant?
I guess he doesn't understand that slot players like moving between machines.
Highways are essentially empty eight hours a day; let's eliminate them.
He apparently also doesn't know that there are different kinds of machines. Just because a casino has a thousand slots doesn't mean they have a thousand of the type you like.
So funny Diesel brought up the hot dog cart at South Point. I wonder if he knows why the hot dog cart is only open for like 6-8 hours a day and not longer since it's almost always busy especially during a vlog where he can't understand why casinos would shut down poker rooms.
They both make very little profit and with the South Point hot dog cart, I think they actually lose a little money overall. Plus it would cannabalize their restaurants.
As smart as Diesel is, he's not a very deep thinker.
That's an important trait to have to be good at poker. I'm not very good at it either.
OMC is done with poker. Looks like he gets $2245/month from Social Security and after all bills he has $406.03 left over so he has come to the realization he can't afford to play anymore.
Kids, that's why you set yourself up with multiple revenue streams for retirement. SS won't cut it to cover everything. Save and invest.
Absolutely. I was a very reckless youth and was 100% sure I wouldn't make it past 30, so I didn't save squat.
You could live like a King for $2245 per month as a Nomad!
The new Rio has rooms on Hyatt.com for $21 but with a free breakfast about $30-50 food credit and waived resort fees for Globalists on Sunday through Thursday. Get a to go bag and you will have food for the entire day and about $400 for total rent and do a no room challenge each weekend. Or Airbnb.
OMC isn't an animal. His home on wheels is pretty nice.
Every phase of their candy business is too inefficient to prosper enough to support two people in the long run.
No chance they will ever get big enough.
As their candy business stands now, scale is out of the question.
Even worse, their customer base was driven by his youtube channel. With it basically dead they're going to lose customers over time. I never watch her channel any more, but from what little I saw of it I can't imagine it's driving any business.
Trooper tried to bring some chocolate candy to one of the markets, and it started to melt, and he's given up on chocolate treats going forward.
Only a matter of time till the Pralines and Brittle start to melt at the farmers markets.
I'm still baffled at the level of interest in candy by adults. I'll eat a few Snickers around Halloween but that's just because I went out and bought it for Halloween.
Lol, was thinking about the same thing when i just watched his recent "starve myself to save money" vlog.
Eating only french fries with that nasty pile of ketchup/mayo dip has to make you feel like absolute garbage. Omg.
But hey dat pokerlife though,he is living the dream.
Pretty bad that he chose the crappiest food he could find, with the least value. Can you use reward credits in the gift shops? He'd be better off with the convenience store type sammiches they sell. At least he could get ham and cheese or turkey or tuna. That Belle-whatever place in Paris also has them.

That's another thing - why would he put the no-calorie restriction on himself for the drinks? To me, these challenges only mean anything if what you eat from comps can sustain you, e.g. no weight loss. Eating garbage food like fries for the whole day obviously won't cut it.
I think these food challenges are good for rice, it's a forced diet for him.
Otherwise he'd be 300 lbs by now.
300 pounds of all muscle from all of his in room workouts and precise macro counting
