Trooper97 vlogs, discussions etc. will be allowed to continue in the new thread. That thread will not be unchained and I will work with the other LVL mods to keep it civil.

I personally am not going to allow a lot of the horrible posting that went on in the original thread to take place and I will be very generous with post deletions and bans if needed.

Posts the are overly derogatory, mean spirited, name calling (including using rude derivatives of names) , and demeaning posts towards any of the vloggers or posters in the thread will be deleted at the mods discretion. If any accounts persistently do this they will be banned or exiled from posting in this thread. In these cases we may issue a warning first.

Accounts that are used only to or substantially to troll post in this thread will be banned.

OK Vlogger Thread, we are going with some new parameters to try to make this the POSITIVE vlogger thread that it is supposed to be, not the AIDS vlogger thread where a few loonies ruin it for the rest. Note that 'positive' does not equal 'only positive', it means anything negative being said CAN'T be namecalling or wild, unsubstantiated speculation regarding any and all vloggers. Personal lives and anything aside from poker is OFF THE TABLE.

Diesel probably should’ve kept that milkshake advantage play for his newsletter subscribers. He could live on only milkshakes for years.

by 18000rpm k

In all these years of being a "professional" poker player, Diesel's biggest win ever is $1700...

Didn't most of that come from one pot...a 4 way all in when he had aces and they held?

by Lionelhuttz k

Diesel (Rice) could live on only milkshakes for years.

He actually could.
A daily vitamin, some protein powder, plus the milkshakes, and his food budget would go below $100/month.

disappointing to see Ryan Depaulo now shilling Stake. CoffeeZilla already proved that all these streamers promoting the slots websites are on deals where they cant actually lose their own money so watching them pretend to be delighted with winning 1000s is sad to see

It's really not too surprising. Most people will whore any product. It's doubtful he has a ton of money so he's gonna strike while the iron is hot.
What's way worse to me is someone like Helmuth who will schill for anything no matter how big the scam when he has piles and piles of money already.

by Nbuc84 k

Why in the world is he betting $550 in 2 spots with a 40k life roll?

He's a perfect example of why casinos should just let people play blackjack in almost all cases. Most people can't win long term. The edge is so small and variance is so big even if people know the exact count and all indices most tilt like crazy when losing. They're way better off letting people play rather than kicking people out ,most of whom would lose in the end.

In blackjack after you lose a big bet due to a high count you have to keep focus and move forward to the next hand, in poker you can wait, fold garbage and regain focus after a bad beat.

With TBC having tilt issues, this is a very big concern.

-11k in a day.

How did he get $49k?

How did he get $49k?

He hit the cash man bingo machine for $11k alittle over a month ago.

As much as I despise TBC, I respect the pure will to degen.

Compared to all the discussed characters on this thread he truly pushes gambling to the edge. But is a racist mf. Entertainment requires an open mind.

He should take Rice under his wing as a handler for those days he goes full spaz trying to make back the handpay he blew through a week prior.

Surprisingly he always gets there. I'll watch a few slot channels on YouTube from time to time and TBC runs hella good to have a roll floating between 30-50k for like 10 years running. Especially considering his monthly nut for transportation and hotel rooms is like an average person paying 2 mortgages.

Exactly but it boils down to the casino staff's pride. They would rather kick out 99 unsuccessful counters than let 1 profitable counter make a fool out of them.

Golden Gate is one of the worst places to play for a counter. Ive never gotten more than 20 minutes in there without the pit making a call to surveillance and shortly thereafter backing me off. And they aren't polite/friendly back-offs either. I'd say I'm one back-off away from being trespassed. I'm able to get much more table time in at El Cortez, which is a well known counter trap. If GG allow TBC to play there it must be due to them knowing he can't beat the game.

Yeah I call it entitlement tilt. When they lose hand after hand with a high count they feel entitled to win the money back in the very same session. This usually results in betting recklessly even when the count doesn't justify it. Same thing as happens in poker when someone takes a bad beat and then spews off the rest of their stack in short order.

Ha my record for fastest back off at El Cortez was six minutes.

by parisron k

If he starts hitting that place daily with vouchers and others start doing it also because of his video, they will shut that down instantly. lol

It's unbelievable, the wild goose chase he went on to finally hunt down a place where he can get free shakes.

It's a massive win for him as it will save him on his food bill if he can drink his calories instead of paying to actually eat food like a sucker. I can easily see him getting 2 or 3 per day especially when he does his "I'm not spending any money this week challenges"

by borg23 k

Ha my record for fastest back off at El Cortez was six minutes.

My fastest was mid way through my first double deck shoe at Plaza. Increased my bets from $50 to $100 and then $200... that was literally all it took. That was my first time playing at that sweatshop.

Went back a few weeks later on a different shift and got about half an hour of play. Then some security apes attempted to 86 me as I was cashing in my chips. Even kept harassing me all the way from the cage in the back out to the exit. Not sure how effective the 86 is if they don't even have my name, however I never returned to test that out.

I’ve only spread $15-$75 and never been backed off. However they have changed dealers on me. For example they brought in a fast Chinese lady which was one of their closers. Wiped me out quick by winning 80 percent of the hands.

by Lionelhuttz k

Diesel is putting together quite the knockoff version of the Trooper97 Wack Pack and I think it’s a better lineup. This unhinged guy Rich from the last couple videos, Herbs and Rye, just throw in Pman or TBC and call it good.

Nah, Herbs and Rye is not only a very good player, he acts like a normal person.

by FL Pkrdlr k

Nonsense, he’s the food runner for the table and provides endless entertainment with his obscure baseball trivia.

Don't forget his knowledge of douchebag sitcoms (Kevin James).

by iwasbanned k

Rice had a huge score in today's YouTube video.
Towards the end of the video,
Rice found a food place that will let him get ice cream shakes with his free drink vouchers.
He is thrilled, and he is gonna be hitting those free shakes hard going forward.
Rice can kiss his weight loss challenge goodbye.

The shakes probably aren't much worse than the sugar and salt laden Gatorades he usually drinks.

TBC should take pman and El Diesel under his wing and show them both how its done. Pman can then be educated on how to win at chaser slot machines.

He would be a LOT better off with smoothies, which he can get at Bally's. Not just healthier than shakes, but probably twice as big.

you can also get the smoothies at harrahs. I really low key like that frozen mix .

Hahaha at the plaza some lady came out from the door by the cage to tell me I was an advantage player and couldn't play blackjack there.

Surprisingly when I went in there last week the dealer was actually cutting pretty deep but it's definitely a counter trap game.

My first Vegas trip almost 20 years ago the plaza had probably 8-10 double deck games all s17 RSA DAS cut really deep. I played about 5 hours spreading 10 to 75 before I got the boot.good times.

Yeah and now they only have that one lousy double deck game that they watch like a hawk. The golden days when all of downtown and the strip was a counters paradise are well and truly over :(
