First time coming to the Wsop and Vegas. I couldn’t find any Infos on satelites online.
Can someone guide me a little and let me know where I can find a schedule that includes satellites.
Thanks

Last couple pages of the PDF schedule.
Just read that the WSOP is banning chip shuffling. What the f*** man. I mean, I already wasn't going this year but I hope this doesn't catch on at other rooms. I'm OCD and chip shuffle like a madman. I also feel like it helps calm my nerves at the table.
You never heard of April fools?
Isn’t the ToC a fairly recent addition (last five years or so)? I wonder if this is their way of gradually fading it out. Makes me think they wanted to just cut it completely this year but after people kept asking, they cobbled this together.
The former WSOP Circuit Championship has always bounced around a lot:
2011: Caesars Palace
2012: Rio
2013: Harrah's New Orleans
2014: Bally's Atlantic City
2015-19: Harrah's Cherokee (NC)
2020: Online (WSOP.com)
2021: not held
2022-23: Paris/Bally's
2024: Commerce Casino

This is probably the most boring tournament schedule I've ever seen. Literally 50 days of the same $200-$300 NLHE tourneys every day.
Agreed, Creativity - F
I don't want to travel across the country to play in a $200.00 tournament. Maybe they should have cancelled 5 of the $200.00 entry and added a 1K, come on, just nothing exciting here. I be filling in my non WSOP events at either Wynn, Venetian or possible Aria(last choice)
Good to know I wasn't the only one who had the exactly same reaction lol
Four different tournaments in an 82-event series is so bad it's actually impressive.
There's more variety in your local casino's daily tournament schedule. Woof.

Golden nugget has a decent series going during the wsop that I might check out
Is this an April Fools joke? Seriously, whoever came up that schedule put the least amount of effort into it possible.
Also, am I missing their Main Event? The release for this summer mentions last year they had a $800 Main.
judging by the guarantees on those tournaments (5k for a $200 buyin LMAO) resortsworld is a minor cardroom that nobody plays at. The largest mtt in the series is a $400 100k gtd
I think you have to look at the RW series as basically just glorified dailies.
It's not like they don't understand that they're offering no variety.
I think they just want to provide stable schedule filler for people who might have a gap day in WSOP/etc.
The other thing worth mentioning is that their neighbors in that part of Vegas (Wynn and Venetian) will be running much higher price points.
If you're staying in that area and you want a $200-400 event, it's going to be a good option.

Yeah I don't get the hate.
I guess everyone here is a high roller and only play 20k+ buy-in tourneys lmao.

Was there another year the WSOP put out a press release at the beginning of the year saying the TOC would occur in Vegas during the WSOP, then switched the location at the last minute?
RW just wants that carry over cash game traffic, the low tourney price point is the bait.
You'd think a professional publication would get the subject/verb agreement right. :p
What is the best way to find out what the rake is on the tournaments this summer. I called the Golden Golden Nugget poker room. They had released their schedule several days earlier. I asked for the rake on the $400 Senior tournament. I got transferred twice after inquiring then waited 20 minutes on hold. Frustrated, I hung up and called back. After only a 10 minute wait I was told "the rake has not been set and to call back in a week or two". Nuts!!! you'd think if you were in the market to buy something, the merchant would tell you how much it cost ... arg.

I'm not even a tournament guy at all but I looked at that list and started laughing. It's a complete joke. The Orleans dailies are bigger. The buy ins are barely higher than their blackjack minimums on the weekend.
