from what I read, the British govt and most of the officer class supported the Israeli brigades. however some of the officers and men fought alongside the Palestinians.

Hamas is exploiting the people similarly to how the IDF is. Notice how they both use the same slogans and same arguments?

We know you don't agree, but being pro ceasefire (before hamas releases all hostages) is being pro hamas. Calling what's happening a genocide, is being pro hamas. Being like you, is being pro hamas.
There is no "pro palestine" "anti hamas" movement that i know of. If you know any, please link. People saying hamas are murderous terrorists that all deserve to be assassinated, the main source of all problems in the strip, the cause of Israel invasion, but "pro palestine".
