No, the ancient 'right of conquest' has not been recognised in international law since 1945, for obvious reasons. It's one of the biggest wars in the world right now and I know several Israelis well and I'm Jewish and have considered Israel an important issue my whole life.

Depends on the definition of "own state" both in terms of what it means for it to be their own and in what the borders are.
I think everyone should be able to live anywhere really, but for sure they should be able to live somewhere as a full citizen with complete freedom to move around and leave and enter it. Israel doesn't allow that for like 5 million people.
With a constitution that allowed for complete civil rights for all Jews and Arabs a Jew could well call that their own state even if Jews were not a majority of the population. But if you mean own, like Jews own it to the exclusion of anyone else? Then no. That's not acceptable. Even if Jews just bought all the land that wouldn't be freedom - to tell a Jewish landowner that they couldn't sell to a non-Jew? No, an ethnostate is not being good, which is what I would like for Israel.

I would not tear down a poster. I also would not use the tearing down of posters as a ploy to ignore and excuse killing 40000 people and destroying the homes of a million people.
