Gotta hope they show the Lococo hand in the break replay
People remember her for some reason. She did some normie TV. Seems like whenever 60 Minutes or something needs a poker expert they go to her.

Probably more from celeb apprentice but yeah she's definitely more known among the populace except maybe a few pros cause she's done some TV things.
Annie Duke and Lederer need to make a comeback at the WSOP next year
The casuals in my home game are way more likely to remember someone like Lederer than Tom Dwan. I don't think any of them ever watched HSP.
Punted with the A10 suited
Nenad Medic wow blast from the past. Sure he wasnt on the Pokernews chip counts to start the day
I dislike one or two of the WSOP/PokerGo announcers but I absolutely despise the Jeff Platt sideline interviews. There are simply far too many of them and they typically go on for too long. (But maybe that's just my take.)
getting lucky repeatedly isn't "crushing it" any more than the batter who always gets intentionally walked is "tearing up" the bases
Loved the Hellmuth interview when he's bragging about how only two people have ever wanted to know his strategy.
Brandon Cantu and Mike Matusow.
You know 2 guys that haven't won ANY tournament in over 10 years.
Brandon Cantu hasn't been relevant in over a decade. I hear he's similar to matusow in the sense that he follows and grovels around hellmuth in hopes of getting staked.
With the coaching Phil Hellmuth has given Brandon Cantu, he's bound to win it all.

Jeff Platt seems like a lovely guy but I agree. Given he can only talk to them for about a minute or so between hands, they really aren't very interesting 90 per cent of the time. Bit like half time interviews for sports really.

I really like them for giving some extra context to who everyone is - they do seem to routinely get a lot of hate because most people feel like the info is pretty dense and doesn't add much but I think it breaks up the hours of poker nicely when done well
I see your point.
There are 3 players from Portugal in the top 15 in chips. Kristen Foxen and Jesse Lonis are up there as well.
That's irrelevant.
Little made a patently arrogant, uppity, condescending remark by basically saying $5,000 is chump change, when we all know it is significant money to most of our lives. While Little was working his ass off to build his poker business, many of those players were worked their ass off to buy their way into this tournament and dream of making anything.
That's it. It was offensive. And he should retract the statement.
if it were a $10 bar tourney and people were tanking before it got to hand for hand you too would be annoyed and calling clock
you're not upset at what he did in principal in the slightest, you're just upset about the amount of dollars at stake
you're being unfair, you're judging this not by his action and just upset because it happened to be for a lot of money
I like Foxen. I hope she makes the final table.
whats so special about her? Not being a jerk just wondering why you say that of her
Cuz of her poker prowess?
Well, for me personally she really grabbed my attention when she bagged Alex
Foxen. And for non poker nerds this translates into an interesting marriage. They are kind of the closest thing poker has to a prom King and Queen.
Second, I beleive she is the only woman with 4 wsop bracelets, and the purity of her purpose is inspiring.
