Doesn't make any sense that if player A and B are playing HU - player C joins and either A or B leave that player C is not getting extra rakeback for table starter.
What if A and B leave the table to player C and then the game resume later on...how is that fair that player C and now Player D will not received rakeback for starting a game on a previously created table?
You should make it clear on the table when and when not receiving bonus. Again, i Don't trust wpt with this stuff, too many bugs in the software.
Make it clear or make a better system...or simply reduce the rake for 2-4 handed play.
That would be the best way to promote starting games.
HU - no rake
3-4handed - 0.25bb rake cap (wich would still be very high at 100+ without RB)
5handed + your usual rake

What is the deal with Thai accounts? Some weeks ago we were all "forcibly" moved to a new agent, and as of now, I still have no idea who it is. My former agent have received very little info, as well as no rev share (and therefore no rakeback) as well, for the last 3-4 weeks.
I'm trying to find out more about this but it's probably best to contact [email]customercare@wptglobal.com[/email], generally this is the best route for queries about your specific account.

I tend to agree, after all the service you're providing is to keep the game running, and that should be rewarded too. I'll add this to our list of improvements.

They are not in the same group, no.
The high CPU usage fix keeps getting pushed back and is unfortunately in the release after next, which I expect in September. The next two releases combined have hundreds of fixes and performance improvements in total, so should make a big difference.

Alex , my father constantly askes me to record some of my poker game for him , so he could learn to play poker that way. We live in different cities. Is there any legal screen recording software that is allowed at WPG Global? May i use GeForce experience screen recording function ?

Yes. The key is that you need to sit down when there are either no players at the table, or precisely one player. In your example Player C is one of those first two players.

It's not free. Please read the rules before you use it as it's a bit different to what you may be used to:

Screen recording is fine, screen sharing (e.g. Teamviewer) is not. Your best bet is Windows' free built-in screen recorder:

But the problem is there are 2 players sat at the table before player C(but they never play even 1 hand or play against each other), so does C get the rakeback for opening the table? I understood that if player A and B played even 1 hand, player C will get nothing but here they never play, just sit and leave.

This is not a bug, they use the feature "table change" and move to the new table with empty seats, but they cannot sit because your "fair game", the same when they see table with 1 player, then they open table, but during that time 1 more player sit down then he cannot sit anymore because of the "fair game". He can only sit on the table when that table appear on his lobby.
P/s: I just explain why and not criticize "fair game".
