The single most prominent leftish person in American politics is Jewish, but I guess he's just a token or an "unnatural" Jew or something because he's critical of the ongoing genocide.

Are you talking about Bernie? Because lol if you are

It’s a curated image posted on a career activist’s social media page. Apply some critical thinking.

This is a very binary issue.

Jews bad. Hamas good.

Bernie and AOC are perfectly fine with slaughtering all of the Palestinians. they are liberals ofc.

it seems kinda antisemitic to conflate all Jews with Israeli supporters of this (alleged) war of extermination.

If only we had a way to know if that was true.

I don’t think schizo posting about how Greta had an octopus in a picture (she’s autistic and uses it as a soothing technique from what I understand) is a particularly helpful direction for this thread to take.

For the record I think the vast majority of leftists that are on the Palestine side are just stupid or virtue signaling, not antisemitic. Where it gets antisemitic is when they start explicitly supporting Hamas or justifying Hamas violence or justifying Oct 7th.

No one besides Victor is doing that, but keep ****ing that chicken.

Oh really, so we didn’t have a protest in DC where protestors vandalized a monument with pro-Hamas slogans? We don’t have leftists saying that armed resistance using terrorism is justified because of colonial oppression?

When you can never criticize your own side, no one takes you seriously.

I dont support Hamas. more of a PFLP guy ya kno.

I would really like to know what happened on Oct 7th tho.

and ofc I support armed resistance as specified by International Law as I would have supported Mandela and the Algerians.

Rallies are made up of a large number of individuals with varying perspectives. That the most extreme broke off and vandalized a monument doesn't indicate what the rest think.

And if by "terrorism" you mean attacks on civilians, I've never encountered such a person.

I meant to say "no one here" is supporting Hamas, and virtually all of the posters here except Vic have made it clear they don't support Hamas, but you still dishonestly try to smear every anti-genocide person with that idiocy.

I said the vast majority of leftists don’t support Hamas and somehow you took that as me saying that people here support Hamas. Are you telling on yourself?

I've actually not read anyone in here that is defending Palestine exclusively, denounce Hamas, or condemn the 10/7 massacre. I've asked people in here many times to do so... crickets.

This is a long thread that you just joined. It's all been said before.

You might need to get out more.

Quick reminder that the ADL helped apartheid south Africa spy on US activists and really just random anti-apartheid activists in the 1980s.

This guy gets it

The PM of Malaysia is probably someone you don’t want to be agreeing with, especially on a topic like this one

Oh what, as opposed to the President of the USA, the holder of the post that has committed war crimes going back decades?

Matters related to treating minorities as second class people, for one. Malaysia is arguably an actual apartheid state.

When you can’t actually address the points being made so you pivot to irrelevant character assassination.
