I cant find the cash games leaderboard "hand race draw" under promos anymore? have they been removed?
I i remember correctly You could win up to 2000 dollar and there was a draw each week and you had certain amount of tickets based on how many hands and what stakes you played.

My account has been locked for over 12 days because it’s under review. I don’t use any HUDs or cheats, and my account still has money in it. I was told to wait until the review is finished, but I haven’t been given an exact time. If you don't want me to play on this site, just refund my money. It's funny because this is the first time I've had this problem.

There's a bunch of tournaments with 110$ or 330$ mtt seats ''included'' for all players on the final table, this is already a bit weird in my opinion to use the guaranteed prizepool to force MTT tickets but the cherry on top has to be when I see it's for a 110$ crazy sunday mtt being played at 4h30 AM eastern time and not simply a 110$ sunday slam ticket or just any 110$ mtt. I don't think i have the strenght to put alarm clock at 4h30 am, rip ticket

I have already 3 tickets for this, that will just expire, because I can never play at the time the tournament runs

To give more information about why I'm so pissed, the whole thing happened as:
1. My account got blocked, with no explanation or notice (Okay, I'm fine with that since this's normal). I contacted the security team and got informed that this's just a scheduled check up, where they perform a thorough check. No estimated time or whatsoever, u just have to wait.
2. The check up that they claim as "scheduled, periodic thing" took the whole 2 weeks. And then they demand me to prove my identity by taking a short video where I have to show my face next to the address, and log in the game using my devices (PC + phone) and KYC (which I've completed since the time I started to play on WPTG). I submitted all, and I guessed this should be quick right? Again, how long does it take to just check the video, address and KYC?
3. Turn out that whole process took u guys another week. And, you guys demand me an online interview, where I have to submit 2 180 minutes - videos about how I play and my surrounding, etc. ?! Like what?! Normally I only play for around 1hour - 2 hour session and now u guys force me to play 3 hours just to show that I'm not cheating? When I asked if I can do multiple videos of 1h-2h sessions then you guys replay with " I'm just the customer service, you have to do whatever we ask" attitude?

I've been playing for more than 6 months, almost 100k hands in micro/low. Never use any hud/tools or cheat or teamplay or multi-account under any means. I believe your "thorough check-up" should show the same thing. And now all of that demands just seems like a way to tell me to "*&% out" with more and more ridiculous demands one after the other.

Through out the whole process, I never got any apologies for all of this time-consuming and inconveniences experience to me as a regular user.

I was informed today by my agent that from tomorrow there Will be a 10% from cashouts

I'm european and I got informed that this could be only for our pool. Today, since they gave us no advice, we were allowed to cash out with a 1% fee instead of 10%.

it would be very easy to do with AI, AI tag you as a pro then "if pro play against whale, give pro 3.5% less chance of flopping a pair, hitting a flush, backdoors, etc and do opposite for the whale"

Theres no limit to what AI can do.

You forgot about insurance.
If you play long enough, you can easy see, if players all in pre or flop, turn card give the underdog more outs more than 50% time.
One more thing I can say, if have new player in pot, usually this hand will make a big pot with setup.

If I had to guess, I'd say you're agent is probably pulling some shenanigans.

You can use a HUD while playing on other sites as long as that HUD doesn't work with WPT Global. All reputable HUD developers know that we don't allow HUDs, and don't support us. A few unethical developers, such as the DriveHUD developers, have tried to bypass our restrictions, and therefore these tools are blocked.

Of course, this is theoretically possible, but we would a) never try it - we don't need to; b) never get away with it. You can see in this thread the level of scrutiny we come under.

My agent says that WPT global Is divided in "continents" Networks
And since the European players are winning too much now they Will have to pay a fee for their cashout (10%)
I was allowed to cashout with a 1% fee since It was the last day and I had been told only 24hours before, so I don't have any good reason to think I'm being scammed
Any comments on these statements?
When u Say "WPT global has nothing to do with this" does It mean that certain decisions are taken "above" you?

same, it made me a little harder to see the cards, cost the energy to play the game.

Obviously the intention was the improve the appearance of the cards - they look good on my system, could you please share an image of how they look for you?
