RCP 4.5 is peak CO2 worldwide emissions in 2040, and 2100 at around half the global emissions of 2050, so very very very far from net zero.
Under those Bangladesh per Capita GDP in 2100 is like 7-10% lower than the counterfactual with the same temperature as in +1900, which is still like 150-200% more than today because of economic growth.
