One candidate stood by and allowed a few hundred people that like him rioted and the other candidate offered to bail out a few million people that follow her when they rioted.

Yeah, I'm wondering if we needed a study that shows that whoever defines what misinformation is will ultimately find the opposition tends to spread more misinformation.

I'm not sure we needed a follow up about how someone who picks fact checkers can ultimately find the opposition tweeted more disinformation.

She tweeted her support for a fund that in turn offered to bail out people arrested rioting. Please provide a reference where she offered to bail out a few million people.

Regarding her support for that legal fund, I'll go with the candidate who respected the law and allowed the legal process to occur for those arrested over the candidate who tried to illegally overturn the results of the election.

Only a few were arrested even if hundreds of thousands rioted, that's part of the problem in the comparison yes.

But we went through this already, having hundreds of riots participated each by thousands of people nationwide is infinitely worse than having a vegan shaman and other cosplaying low IQ kings of memes enter the capitol (which is bad yes).

The difference is the ones from Jan 6th went to jail while the BLM ones had most of there charges dropped

Political neutral doesn't exist and imagining it exists is by itself proof of bias. No one who cares about politics can be neutral , and every choice about who to trust is a political choice (including how much to trust peer reviewed journals, and including what to do when peer reviewed journals publish conflictual thesis, which happens all the times including on many claims related to climate change effects).

I have never in my life seen any climate crisis exaggeration called misinformation by any outlet not explicitly on the right, have you? do yu agree that anyone claiming the sea will rise 2 meters in 50 years if we don't go carbon neutral worldwide is spreading misinformation and as a source should be fully discarded for all topics and considered at the bottom of the pile of credibility for everything?

Oh and btw "misinformation" should never be the cause for suspension to begin with (for us), and choosing to do so IS A POLITICAL CHOICE itself lol.

Even if you could prove the entirety of the extra-suspensions was linked to OBJECTIVE misinformation (which they didn't), it would still be entirely political as a choice by platforms.

Hundreds of thousands did not riot. Protesting is not rioting no matter how much dishonest conservatives try to pretend it is. The rioters should be arrested and sent to jail, but that was not the bulk of the protests.

Again I want to point out that you are engaging in arguments you have called immoral in the past. You said utilitarianism is immoral and yet you are engaging in the same fallacy utilitarians engage in. That the Jan 6 rioters were ineffective dipshits does not detract from the fact that they wanted to overturn an election using violence. They were attempting to rush the politicians and if it wasn’t for the actions of one brave officer leading them towards the senate chambers that had already been evacuated, they might have done so.

Every single person who participated in the riots should have been arrested. Efforts should have been made to identify each and every one of them like it happened with Jan 6 participants (including geofenced localization, which they used for Jan 6).

They asked "politically balanced laymen" to rank the trustworthiness of outlets.

They measured in this way that people who used pro Trump hashtags used lower quality news sources.

They determined this justifies higher censorship of those accounts by social media companies under the implicit assumption that suspending someone who posts "misinformation" isn't a politically biased choice.

Many millions protested for "BLM". Hundreds of thousands of them rioted as well.

I am on record saying all rioters on Jan 6 should have been shot dead during the riot, or otherwise get the death penalty after the fact. Many didn't even use violence against other human beings but it's irrelevant, trespassing itself is violence.

And BLM should have been dismantled, it's leaders arrested for terrorism and so on.

Problem in your country is no company (afaik) cheerleadered Jan 6 protestors, many major companies did so with BLM.
